Q: I steeped for 15 minutes (there are no directions). tea was virtually clear and had zero flavor (tasted like water). anyone else experience this?

That has not been my experience. I steep for about 5 minutes and then raise and lower the tea bag out of the water about 6-7 times. Then, once the tea bag is raised out of the water the final time, I press the tea bag against the side of the vessel that I am steeping in, with a spoon. The water should be a medium to dark pink color. I add splenda, 1/2tsp of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon to give the tea a little kick.

Q: Anybody know what type of cinnamon is used in this tea? Thanks in advance.

Use Ceylon cinnamon,, best in the world , thanks
