Fantastic Chandelier
Excellent product. It just changes the room. Very elegant and nicely designed. As others have noted, installation will take time. It took almost 3 hours to just insert the crystals into place. It's worth the pain though. Take a day off after installation to enjoy the looks and also to give yourself a break🙂

Beautiful but cheaply made
The picture was beautiful and i was so excited to put this up in my new home.. Sadly it never got install, no brackets was in the box to hold up a almost 40 pound chandelier, most of the hooks we missing, easy tangle..This was just a piece of mess. A waste of money and time hiring someone to attempt to install this..

Amazing Piece of attraction
It Looks amazing after 6-7 hours of installation... some quick advice for the future buyers 1) make sure you have all the parts before you start 2) Plan ahead, you need 2-3 person for 6-7 hours.. Do not Rush... take it easy 3) Buy 3/16 in. x 3 in. Zinc-Plated Steel Phillips Mushroom-Head Toggle Bolt Anchors 4) I rent scaffolding from Home Depot ~$60/Day it takes lot of patience as you have to hang each strings so take it easy but once you Put it on after completion you will very happy

Beautiful Chandelier - please replace broken parts
It’s a beautiful chandelier! However , it’s a lot of work to put it together. Packaging was good and instructions were clear . The one I got had 4 of the strings of the crystal broken and I could not complete the installation yet . How can this be replaced ?

Make sure you have a full afternoon and good anchoring - this chandelier is heavy.
Beautiful product. Took 6 hours to install - one of the hardest projects I’ve ever done - very tedious. Need a better way to hang spheres - clip hooks would’ve been a good idea - these rings make me nervous. 3 separated during installation - had to fix. But, it is very, classy and beautiful.

I followed the suggestion of installing the daylight bulb and I am very happy about it
WOW! This thing is gorgeous. I had read about the time it takes to assemble so I was ready for the task. It is not difficult to install but time consuming. I took my time to figure out how I will have the job done because the instructions were worthless. I followed the suggestion of installing the daylight bulb and I am very happy about it. In the end it was worth it. Will surely buy again.

Hard to install...hired 2 people to install and it took them a good 6 to 8 hours of pure concentration.....but remember ceiling needed a scaffolding to be set up etc.... it looks STUNNING..extremely bright...so bought a dimmer.

Es muy bonita pero muy laboriosa de armar. Complicado colocarla en sala de doble altura e ir armando cristal por cristal siguiendo la numeración, se enredaron tres y tardaron media hora para lograr desenredarla al final valió todo el esfuerzo es una belleza.
