No device is going to be perfect at this size, but if your getting one, get it from Xammue
Regarding the device, this has been almost perfect. It took a little while to find a compatible USB-C desktop (not dongle) dock, but some of what I learned from having a 2S with similar peculiarities helped my finally find one. The little 85w desktop dock from pluggable works with this guy without issue, many other docks have one issue or another with this little guy. Pros: full speed typing once you become accustomed to slight changes on the key layout, and even crazy things like light video editing in premiere on this thing on the go are realistic. I also find the rounded surface of the mouse input to be better than the more flat surface that was on the 3s Platinum's that came before it. This device seems to be able to handle anything I need to throw at it. I legit use it as my work device, docked when I'm at a desk and driving up to 3-4 external monitors depending on if I'm at work or home (thanks DisplayLink), and in a case (usually a Pelican 1055 which fits perfectly) when on the go. Con's: the mouse input isn't great, I have used it enough that I've gotten used to it when I have to use it on the go. The battery life isn't very good either, this can be mitigated to some degree by going to power saving mode if you aren't doing anything demanding... it's still plenty fast for basic needs in power saving mode. I have a USB-C battery bank I keep on hand anyway to make sure I'm never caught with a dead phone or full-sized laptop. Now I can just use it with this smaller laptop which is helpful. It doesn't fit in my pocket nearly as easily as preceding 6" and 7" devices from One Netbook and GPD. I have owned a lot of little computers, starting with two of the original GPD Win devices (who wants to play games alone?) When they had issues (one had fan issues, and I think there was a solder issue with the other one if I recall correctly) and I learned how terrible geekbuying and GPD support could be, I gave up and replaced them with two of the aluminum shell version... writing the first two off as a loss. I got the GPD Win2, and when it's screen had an issue that couldn't be fixed by reinstalling drivers, the operating system, ribbon cables and the LCD, I had to write it off as a loss as well (GPD's support was pretty bad terrible) and purchase a second one. I've had some devices from GPD and OneNetbook that had no issues, such as a GPD Pocket 1 and 2. However I've never really had a great support experience when there have been issues when dealing with GPD and OneNetbook directly, or GeekBuying. My experience with Xammue however has been stellar. They stand behind the products they sell, and their responsibility to make sure that everything is working as intended. When buying small brand products like GPD or OneNetbook systems, there might be issues, but buying from a seller like Xammue is your best bet. They have taken good care of me as a customer and I am very happy with them.

This should not be this good
Small form factor laptops like this should be a little poky. Laptops made in small batches should be janky and flawed. The One Mix 3 is none of these things -- it has become my daily driver for desktop work, as well as something I can toss in a sling for when I leave the house. (If I leave the house, damn COVID.) The great parts: * The CPU is quick, and the GPU is serviceable. I live in browsers and Visual Studio Code, and this can drive my 3440x1440 display at 60hz with the right USB-C hub. * The keyboard travel is pretty good. Not Lenovo good, but pretty nice. The layout is.. Strange, but it mostly makes sense. I have very large hands, yet I can type quickly up until I need to hunt for a quotation mark or bracket. * The built in SSD is decent. I don't feel like I'm waiting on things when I open a new application. The not so great parts: * The fan is going to run early and often. It doesn't get intolerably hot, but it definitely will get warm. * It's very dense. You're going to notice picking this up, compared to a modern ultrabook which feels like it is mostly air inside. * The TPM is.. Borked. If you want to run Windows 10 Pro with full disk encryption, you'll have to do some GPO foolery to enable booting with passphrase. Not a deal breaker, but since this laptop likes to hibernate, you'll have to type in that passphrase daily.

Best netbook bar none
I've had this thing for a week and it is a BEAST. Gets hot, but with some battery management you can reduce some performance (barely noticeable) and lose heat and gain battery. I dont know where to start but here I go. I needed a daily driver, just something to check emails and when I get files, to pull them offline and organize. Works great for that (however the track pad is terrible get a USB mouse. Works fine in emergencies but its not winning any marathons) Sometimes I video edit, avidemux and again powers right through. Remote desktop connections are fine! This netbook is great for compact on the go use. Its a desktop in your pocket! Just wish the manufacturer put a Sim slot in for 5G! But at this point its nitpicking since it can accept mobile hotspot or USB tether. A nice USB C hub is reccomended for power users.

Excellent warranty service by Seller
I purchased this computer in January 2021. It has been working fine. However, last month, I noticed that the back cover partially separated from the body of the computer due to "swelling" of the battery. I contacted the seller “Xammue” on October 22, 2021. He replied to my message the same day. He was understanding and polite. He offered to get a new battery from the manufacturer and send it to me at no charge except for the postage and I agreed . I received the new battery and it worked fine. I can definitely say that he was accessible, very responsive, and that he delivered excellent service. This seller is highly recommended.

Amazing product and even more amazing customer service
This is an amazing product and the company that sells it is absolutely amazing I was a little nervous buying a product from overseas because the customer support may not be as easy as customer support in America but I must say this company has done a fantastic job 1000% recommend this product I am a customer for life

Hands Down Best Small Computer Available!
First off, the seller is AWESOME!!! I had a small issue and he spent his money to make it right! Second, I have had this tough little guy for a while now and it is a HOOT!!! It goes literally anywhere and the battery seems to last as long as my cell phone battery...which is AMAZNG for a computer that does what this does. The only thing that took a little getting used to was the keyboard. While typing full speed the few extraneous buttons like TAB, Caps Lock, etc. are different sizes and in weird places but it was quickly learned and I can now scream away typing as usual. This computer really is amazing. It is ridiculously fast even with many apps open and running. Boot time is by far faster than anything I have experienced and the fingerprint scanner is the best ever! The case is solid metal and THICK! It feels like I could throw it at a wall and all it would do is scratch it. The thing is built like a tank. Screen resolution is hard to describe. A screen this small with a picture like this is Sci-Fi stuff, really! The only question I really have is why did it take so long for them to do this?!!?!?!

Platinum edition doesn’t even begin to describe this. PLEASE READ UPDATE!! Plus 2nd update!!
I originally had an issue with shipping but the seller corrected it fast and I had it from China in 3 days. Stellar seller. The laptop is solid and beautiful. It’s fast and well built. No complaints other than battery life isn’t great, even in eco mode, but there is no room for a bigger one. I can’t fault them on that. More solid than a MacBook Pro. No deck flex. UPDATE: Do not update Windows to version 2004 or 20H2 or newer it will break the touchscreen drivers (i2c).. there is no fix until the manufacturer come out with an update.. stay on windows 10 version 1909. Ive tried to contact OneMix through email, twitter and through amazon, NO RESPONSE.. yet.. the problem is Microsoft, and its a widespread issue with almost ALL laptop brands.. HP, Dell, Acer, etc. and its been an issue for almost a year.. Microsoft updated some libraries in its system and it kills certain drivers.. Just Be Aware! Update #2 Ok if you install the latest windows 10 from a USB drive from scratch, everything WILL work, you just have to go to windows update and install the optional drivers. and get the BOSCH accelerometer driver from 1netbook website. then you're good to go
