It’s good quality at a good price. Seems to be helping in my problem of brittle nails.

Improved my hairs condition significantly. I used to have lots of hair in the plug hole after washing it, now it’s barely any. Nails feel stronger & skin around the edges of my nails is smooth & not dry looking. I haven’t had any problems swallowing these & no significant aftertaste. In my opinion…. Well worth the money!

The price lured me into buying these and as they do work if you take one every day, the effect seemed to wear off if you didn't do that. Resorted to my other brand that I take weekly, but the knees are worn out in spite of it all.

I was sceptical... so bored of spending a small fortune on supplements I might as well throw down the loo for all the use they are. These are cheap, come in a nifty narrow square box with an easy off top. Taste okay..not small capsules but go down easy. And after a few weeks.. my brittle nails seemed magically rejuvenated - how is that even possible? Soon after I began to see a difference in my hair. For that reason alone I would repurchase! Beauty comes from within... and also without.

Arrived within the stated delivery time. Been using a month and do not find them difficult to swallow. I don't generally have problems swallowing tablets, they seem tasteless to me also. I ordered them for my nails, hair and joints primarily, but i also take silica supplements for hair, skin and nails too. Combined i have defnetely noticed a difference with longer, stronger nail growth. It also seems to be helping with my menopausal hair thinning. Knee joints are still pretty painful, but my elbows have improved. Incredible value for money and i have just ordered my 2nd box.

Only been using a few days and the dry skin on my elbows has softened. The joints in my shoulders seems to have become more supple too. I don't know if this will work for wrinkles as early days but I am happy with what it is doing to my skin and joints, it's worth every penny just for those 2 benefits. Nothing is a quick fix but these are affordable and you get 2 months worth. I've used the liquid before but it was double the price for around 28days so stopped buying. I was impressed when I found these and will keep using.
