Leaking all over in the bag.
I've been using this lotion for years as I love its quality, but somehow, when it arrived today, it was leaking all over in the bag, creating a giant mess in the bag. It looked like the lock on the spout part got unlocked somehow.

First of all the package wasn’t even closed. It was ripped open inside the amazon box. And two bottles of the lotions were all over the place. The cap of one of them wasn’t even there and the lotion was everywhere in the box. This is ridiculous. What’s the point of ordering brand new lotions when the bottles are half empty?
