Ten Little Pirates Paperback – February 6, 2014

My son loves this book. It is so cute and tells a nice and fun story.

Bought this book as a birthday gift for a 3 year old boy who loves pirates. His mom says he likes it so much they have to read it every night before bedtime!

This book is really adorable. It’s a creative rhyme of counting to 10. It begins at 10 and goes through transitions of loosing a pirate on each page, emphasizing the drop in number of pirates. It ends with all the pirates reuniting. The pictures are very creative.

This book is great for little pirate lads and lasses that are learning their number and learning to read. The artwork is fun and there's a lot going on, so you can play "I spy" with them. Not a long read, but perfect for its intended audience.

My son is 2yo right now and lately he’s really into pirates. I bought this on a whim. He loves it. I bought other Ten Little books but this is his favorite. I definitely recommend this book. If your child is into pirates, its a must have!

We love this book! We read it so much we ordered a second copy!! Great for learning to count to 10 and is a super cute and interactive book; we have a lot of fun reading!

Cute story and deliver was great one star because for some reason there was a huge 4"x6" white sticker on the back cover at the very bottom of the sticker taking about 1"x .5" with a bar code and title. there was no reason to slap a sticker that big on a kids picture book.

This book is adorable. My kid loves it. We have bought the whole series.

Fun rhyming story that counts down from ten to one. The illustrations are colourful and humorous, and the text is easy to read together with your child.

I got the boardbook for my 3 year old neighbour. He so loved it that he would want me to read it over and over and over in a day. His favourite was the part with the hurricane.

We have many of this series but I was disappointed with this one. It seems a bit more 'simple' that the others. The illustrations are quite basic and overall I regretted buying it. A shame as most of the 'ten little....' book are absolutely brilliant. My 3 year old did not enjoy it as much either which of course was the most important thing. He enjoys the ten little superheroes and ten little aliens books best!!

En casa nos encanta la serie de los libros Ten little, desde el primero que tuvimos sobre dinosaurios y a mí juicio el mejor de la colección, hasta Ten little aliens que ha sido el último que hemos añadido a la colección.Como empecé a cogérselos a mi hija cuando tenía menos de un año, empezamos por los libros de cartón, pero los últimos ya los hemos cogido en tapa blanda ya que son bastante más grandes.En el caso de este de piratas, se lo cogimos en cartón que mide 18,5 cm de largo por 17 de largo.Después de más de un año de mucho uso, tiene marcas en las esquinas, pero son aceptables. Las hojas interiores están como el primer día prácticamente ya que la portada y contraportada son un poco más grandes que las páginas interiores por lo que las protege.El libro está en inglés, pero no tiene un nivel muy alto así que se puede leer sin problema con un nivel medio. Se lo solemos contar al ritmo de la canción ten little monkeys y encaja a la perfección. Cuando sea mayor lo usaremos para el conteo también.Seguiremos completando la colección con el éxito que tiene en casa.
