I like making therapeutic gummies with jello, but have found it to be too expensive to invest in much at once. This gelatin is an economical substitute, with a good performance and flavor.

I use it mixed with black raspberry juice to make rhubarb jam.

I've been looking for black raspberry gelatin for a long time. Seems they quit the small boxes. I have a favorite recipe that calls for it. (It's just not the same taste to try and mix raspberry with black cherry.) I debated if I wanted this much but so glad I bought this.. Hallelujah! Now I have a good supply! You won't go wrong keeping this on hand. Perfect alone or with mixed fruit or other recipe favorites.

Yummy ... especially nice when you replace the cold water in the recipe with grape juice!Black Raspberry is a difficult flavor to find in the grocery stores!

Very disappointed in the taste. I especially made it concentrated, a bit, just so there was enough flavor. Does not taste at all like black raspberry, or any fruit at all, for that matter.
