A Tale of Two Cities: A Norton Critical Edition (Norton Critical Editions)

A good edition
I'm actually not a huge fan of Dickens, but my friends wanted to read this for their book club. My unpopular opinion is that Dickens is kind of whatever, but with that said, this edition is pretty nice. The pages are a little thin and fragile (hence why I gave it 4/5 stars instead of 5/5), but the footnotes are very helpful, and give great context. The forward is nice as well. It really gives you a better understanding of everything.

Nice edition, bad paper
Excelent edition. Love the wierd format of the book, but hate te bible paper used for this edition.I hate bible paper in the bibles and the more expencive bibles stoped using it. Why o why this editor thought when using this kind of paper in a normal book, is beyond me.

Great copy of a book that should be on any book lover's shelf.
I dig the artwork on this cover. The only downside is the paper seems a little too thin, almost onion paper. Unusual for a regular book, but you're buying this because it's one of the best novels by one of the best authors of all time.

Incorrect product description
The book I received was NOT the Norton Critical Edition. It is doubtful whether any Norton edition can be priced so low. The sellers must stop misleading the buyers.
