Bought one for myself and my pops. He loved it? Kinda pricey but authentic. I have a very large head but the extra large fit well. The Large fit pop well. Most one size fits all don't fit me at all. The only knock I can think of is the fabric is a little thinner than expected. Fully lined, marked woven in Ireland. Perfect to go out for a pint!!!

The hat looks good and has a nice soft feel to it. The recommended size is just slightly too small (acceptable though). I might have gone 1 size up, but maybe it is better if it stretches over time anyway. Also, tight will not fly off my head when I am driving my convertible.

Wait, hold on, I did buy another, blue. It's lighter weight but just as good a cap...and then I bought another, brown, so I have wardrobe choices. I haven't worn any other hat, since. I love the Hanly design, and I just love the feel of Donegal wool. These hats fit perfectly. And I'll buy yet another if I find a color I like. Highly recommended....Unless I buy another from this same manufacturer. This is everything one might want in a quality product. It is Donegal tweed, handmade in Ireland. It is the most comfortable fit of any hat I own. The color is terrific, and being wool, the hat is water resistant. Finally, for the level of quality, the price is excellent. Highly recommended.

So many times, you buy something on the internet, and it just isn't everything you had hoped it would be. Not here. A warm, well constructed, hat. Exactly as advertised. Not cheap, but quality never is. Definitely a thumbs up.
