Excellent product as you would expect from Samsung. Far too mant specs to list so check out vendors details. This phone was a refurb although 100% you would not have known that. Immaculate condition and full working order . Great value for money.

I bought this for my wife whose previous phone "died" - simple as that one day it had stopped working, no accidents - simply stopped. We found this phoned and ordered it and it arrived amazingly quickly, within half an hour of charging it fully she was up and running and was restoring her apps pretty easily. It works perfectly and she's very pleased with it. This is a refurbished phone with a one year guarantee and looks as good as a new phone.

Bought this product in good faith as refurbished. Wish we hadn't. After 14 days stopped working, could wipe data to send it back etc etcLuckily Amazon were amazing at solved all the issues.

Refurbished phone works great... phone started from fresh when switched on... in Great condition considering its pre owned... everything works well I was happy to pay the price instead of getting a brand new phone I'm very happy with it thank you

Phone came without original box, got few scratches on screen. Not good for gift.

found it hard to transfer info from old to new

received my phone and was impressed for a re-furb screen was perfect , be careful when ordering a screen protector case for it , it states 4g when i brought it but its actually 5g which is good but the two phones are ever so slighty a different size so ordered new screen protector 4g but dont fit new phone
