Introductory Sound Healing Set

This Introductory Sound Healing Set is much higher quality than I expected and although it delivers everything it says it would, it delivers it so well I feel comfortable saying it delivers more than I expected. I bought this product because I was very disappointed in my first sound healing book that I bought which was "Tuning Fork Therapy: Using tuning forks on dog's acupuncture points." written by Francine Milford. I had purchased the Milford book in order to learn more about doing tuning fork therapy on my dog. The Milford book doesn't deliver, there isn't anyplace in its 112 pages that really says how to do a session for your animal, all there is in that book is historical information on sound healing and tickler information for classes and many other books the author wants you to buy. So if you're looking to actually know how to do a session for your dog after buying the Milford book, save your money or better yet put it towards THIS product. Anyway I was looking around for something that would deliver what it says it delivers after I felt gypped by the Milford book. This Introductory Sound Healing Set caught my attention, I bought it, and it DOES deliver. The tuning fork itself is a weighted fork with a very true OHM vibration. The activator works beautifully. There are instructions included on the best way to hold the fork, the best way to activate it, and also on how to do a session for yourself, on someone else, AND on your dog (or other pet)!!! PLUS ... the CD that comes with it ... with various OHM sounds ... is positively splendid. I have a number of OHM CD's from other vendors and I really like the sounds presented on this one. Yes, the author here, too, wants to sell other books, etc. but this kit gives you enough to do sessions immediately while also advising you of where to go if you want more. Very nicely done!

This is my go to much needed peaceful anxiety reliever after work everyday. At first I didn’t really realize anything at all however after not using it for a couple days and doing some more research on its uses now I couldn’t live without it. Would definitely recommend!

I thought that there would be a much more detailed instruction booklet to this "kit". It was pretty expensive for what it contains. The CD is nice, but not really worth an extra 30 bucks or so from the price of other tuning forks. The instructions were very minimal. Considering returning it.

I love this CD and tuning fork! There is something magical about what these sounds do to the body and mind. It produces a calm and centered feeling in the body that lasts for hours and seems to strengthen the body's ability to handle stress. My young adult son uses it on his lunch break, to help with work related stress. I use them as additional therapy for my reflexology clients. I plan to get the second Ohm CD by Marjorie de Muynck, as the CD alone is great for generating feelings of well being.

Enjoy my CD every night and has used the tuning fork a lot for muscle spasm after my surgery and also on my mom for arthritis with good results I had bought another OM tuning fork from a different manufacturer but his one has better finish with no sharp edges. Love it

It is so incredible ! Beautiful ... I love the 'music/the sounds' !! Still have a bit of difficulty with the 'Fork'- the vibration does not hold - so I need to practice more.But it's really worth it just for the 'Sounds' !!ps) My Dog loves it also. He lies down next to the speaker and stay there until the end !!Thanks,it is really appreciated !

Definitely not like it’s displayed when i purchased, puck was separated and tuning fork has gone AWOL package shrinkwrap must have been tampered with before it got placed in the shipping bag!!!VERY DISAPPOINTED …..
