Easy installation.

I really only needed the bumper, but this was only a couple dollars more and reviews weren't as mixed as the single bumper listings. Everything fits exactly like the original buttons. No seams or rough spots. I've taken apart these controllers a lot, so it's pretty straightforward for me. The pearlescent blue-purple looks great on my arctic white gamepad.Be careful with the main rumble units as the wires can break at the solder point. I usually just unstuck the wire across the face to give me more slack from the trigger wires and tape the rumble motors in place. No need to desolder them from the board if you're careful. This time I DID break one of them and had to solder it back in place, so understand that may be something you need to do.

One of the buttons came messed up, the start button. I don't like paying for damaged goods but at least the other buttons worked well and I like the color a lot.

Pros: easy install, looks great and still function correctly.Cons: probably could have easily painted some spares and have it turn out the same and saved money.Overall, looks great for what I wanted and buttons still work but honestly its more a cosmetics thing and don't recommend taking your controller apart if don't need to. I only bought it because I was going to do a deep clean and decided on a cosmetic item to change and added elite sticks and new faceplate.

are a perfect fit ,no give on the sides of the buttons so it feels like playing with brand new pieces ,these are worth it ,doesn't feel at all like cheap knockoff plastic like on wired controllers,very smooth chrome texture with no visible scuff marks ,I'm impressed.

Great product, quality peices, and great finish. I bought this product because my old buttons were scratched and dented. This turned out amazing and would totally buy another set. The only issue I ran into was that for a first time opening an xbox controler it wasn't super easy to install the video is absolutely essential to use for reference I only watched half of it and both of my rumble packs/vibration sensors broke but even If you do break them the controller is still usable. I would really appreciate a color matching set of joysticks for xbox from this company though. I bought the white adjustable elite look alike ones from this same company.

The parts look very nice and high-quality, and I am using the ones that I could, but the pair button does not fit either the original Xbox One or the One S and the bridge between the bumpers broke due to slight misfit on the midframe, making the bumpers unusable.

It was extremely difficult to install as a first timer. You basically teardown and rebuild the entire controller. It takes a significant amount of time and patience. It's NOT easy as many claim. It gets easy as you do more controllers, but starting out IS tough. That said, you end up with a one of a kind look. Turned my project scorpio controller into a luxurious device, worthy of my skill as a gamer. Its the kind of thing you do when you take gaming very seriously, love to tinker, or just want a unique look. All buttons worked perfectly. Anyone saying they had problems, definitely installed them wrong. Each button has a specific way the go in. You don't just set them in. Its like a puzzle or legos. Its part of what makes this time consuming. Either way, I came in as a total day 1 beginner with 0 experience. If I can figure it out, you can figure it out. Goodluck with the build. As long as you are very careful, and know a thing or two about electronics (I have an array of custom controllers) then this is a wicked buy ! Fit perfect, looks so snappy. And my controller feels exactly like it did with the previous parts.Also, pairs AMAZINGLY with the aluminum joysticks *see photo* very satisfied👌

Needed to replace old buttons on my Xbox controller, specifically the LB/RB which had snapped. This kit came with all the buttons you need and the tools to replace it. Easy to find video instructions to take the controller apart and fit the new ones. I would say they don't feel quite as good as the originals, but much cheaper than replacing the whole controller and lots of colour choices to suit your style.

Leider ist das Set nicht mit meinem Controller-Modell kompatibel (steht aber in der Beschreibung). Ich habe aber zumindest die Richtungstaste wechseln können, das sieht schonmal super aus.
