Beats any conditioner
No other conditioner or mask makes my hair softer and I’ve tried expensive brands like pureology, kerastase, redken, olaplex (and many more).

Gamechanger
I have a head of long, thick, coarse, rough textured (obnoxiously curly) hair that has to be beaten into submission to look remotely smooth. You name it, I've tried it...serums, oils, shampoos, conditioners, smoothing balms/milks/masks, "dreamcoat" (pretty good BTW but a bit of a faff and needs heat), keratin treatments, creams, polishing sprays, detanglers. I've bought them all. Even tried the Curly Girl method, resembled a scarecrow, went back to silicones. I have been using Magiforet shampoo and conditioner for a couple of years already - it works nicely on my rough hair and is the only combo that "flattens" the cuticle effectively. I have defected to other brands to try them, but have to keep coming back to Magiforet to get the same soft smoothness. I also have the separate bottle of Argan Oil, keeps the ends nice and supple and less brittle. I bought this 9 Zero treatment on a whim - have previously ignored it as somewhere in the blurb it says "volumising" and I don't need any help with my giant voluminous barnet. But I saw other reviews about it leaving the hair silky so I added it to my last purchase of the shampoo and conditioner set, just to try it (anticipating the usual abject failure and another bottle cluttering up the cabinet). Wow, this stuff is incredible. I just used a little in case it felt oily, but it doesn't - I normally have to use a palmful of conditioner to get through my hair, but a 50p sized splodge was fine to work through the lengths. Shake the bottle well first, it's got some funky textures in there - partially solidified coconut oil probably - but this tiny amount INSTANTLY softened and detangled my rough knotty hair. I didn't even need to add more conditioner after rinsing (I thought I would), and I could tell even when wet that it had flattened and smoothed the cuticle. I used a little oil on the ends before blow drying smooth with no other products - they tend to irritate my scalp - and whilst a bit flyaway, my hair is soft, smooth, and nowhere near as pouffy and frizzy as normal. I imagine this would be a bit heavy if you have very fine hair, and speaking from experience, products that are great on other people don't work for everyone. But if you have coarse hair that just gets fluffy and pouffy when moisturised, try this - if you just want serious smoothing, you won't regret it.
