Serious quality control problems! I'm so frustrated, as I really the the specs.
I considered several benches for dumbbell workouts/Body Beast including: an XMark, Ironmaster the Powerblock and this Valor DD-25. After reading several articles, numerous reviews and going to some local fitness and box stores, I chose the Valor DD-25 based on the height, durability and functions including Flat Incline and Decline. The bench height was a big issue as I wanted my 5 foot wife to be able to use it. I read mostly positive reviews. Weirdly, just prior to purchase, all the bad, and a lot of the reviews of this product disappeared. Well I gave the dd-25 a try and placed my order.Received the DD-25 bench: it took about an hour to put together and I was actually excited about what seemed to be a quality FID bench. That is until things just didn't line up right. The back brace and adjustment bar were out of alignment and the front bar did not go up and down in all four correct positions. While I'm not an engineer, I highly suspected the problem may be the bracket attached to the main frame may have been welded improperly. After several days of emails and phone calls to Jordan and Crystal at Valor, as well as emailing photos, being requested to send more photos and again more photos, Valor finally sent me the replacements... Minus the main frame.Quality control failed with the original product sent AND WITH THE REPLACEMENTS ALSO. They sent the wrong front bar (sent me one that did not have the handle), and the back brace could not even fit into the proper position to even get the bolt through it to mount it.Frustrated... I emailed them with more photos of their continued lack of quality control/customer service. If they could get their manufacturing quality control fixed... This would be a great product. But the remainder of this review is pending their response. Hopefully Amazon will not delete this review.

Perfect bench, can't imagine spending more money
This is exactly what I had been looking for. I must have read 500+ reviews across at least a dozen different benches.I needed something to fit in my power rack for bench, and to fulfill other standard duties like skullcrushers and decline bench. I also didn't want the bench to wobble or feel like it'd fall apart if I leaned too far to one side.I also wanted a bench I could grow with, and the weight limit on the DD-4 is 500lb. I'm 165 so no fear of ever hitting that, but I can tell it can take the weight. The construction is more than decent, excellent welds, and supports in all the right places.Absolutely no wobble on this thing so far, and the setup was quick. Instructions are pretty much worthless but it's extremely obvious how to assemble. Took me ~30 min by myself and a portion of that was spent finding my wrenches.Having the leg attachment be removable is a great feature, plus you can raise/lower it, along with adjust the height of your seat.I really don't think you can beat the DD-4 for the price. Not sure why similar benches with even lower weight limits and less features cost over $100 more.

well-built good value even for tall ppl
very good bench, would buy it again.I'm 6foot 2inches and this bench has room to spare. I bet a 6'5" person could use this easy.I just wish I'd bought the version with the rollers for easy movement. I wouldn't say the bench is heavy - just sturdy. The wheels would have made it a bit easier to move. Also after doing more research, I think this bench comes from one manufacturer and resellers are adding their unique branding. You can find the exact same bench on this site for less. Great bench though - this is a solid 5 star.

Commercial Gym Quality.
We use this Incline Bench daily. It is of the best quality that you'd see in any commercial gym. Great product. My ONLY advice was that if you're going to buy it, try to get it NEW. I bought mine New but it was also a returned item so I got for a few dollars less. It was missing some critical bolts and stuff, but my husband was able to find the right bolts to set it up properly. I'm sure if it's NEW, then you won't have that trouble. We really really love it. It is a bit complicated to put together, so be patient trying to get it setup. Once you do, you'll have this thing for life.

Being a little handy will help...
This is a great bench for the price. It's very sturdy and is made well. I've been bodybuilding for 12 years now and I would recommend this bench. The only concern is that a couple of the brackets were welded on crooked. I had to make a couple modifications. Kind of expected being made in China.

Perfect
This bench is great. I am 6' tall and 195 lbs. I have had my own weight plus 255 lbs on it doing bench press and it is very sturdy. If you are tall and looking for a bench, this is for you. When I lay down with my head at the very top, my butt is above the actual seat part, so it is long enough for someone at least 6' 6" or maybe taller. It is also appropriate width. I have the preacher attachment also, which I rated 4 stars. It is a huge bonus that the preacher attachment is an option.

Good value, not perfect
Would have been a perfect review except it rocks front to back. When I use it with leg developer I have to put 5lb dumbbells under the back legs to keep it stable.

Beautiful bench; weird assembly instructions
Put together the bench this morning and it looks beautiful.I will say though, the assembly instructions are weird. You have to just use common sense to put it together.Advice to Valor: QA your assembly instructions from China before they hit production.

Great.
Great quality. Big, solid, and wheels. This thing is even better than the ones at a local gym, it pays for itself in less than 6 months. I'm 5.4 tall, and this thing is just right. I think if I was shorter I wouldn't fit, as this bench is designed for taller people. The packaging was extremely poor, and the back pad was ripped, but I was able to replace it at no cost in about a week with Amazon's help. So I'd still recommend it.
