Exactly what I wanted. I wish it wasn't so expensive, but I realize it's a specialist product, you're getting two beauty products in one, and it does last quite a long time. So it's really not a bad deal, especially considering how expensive some single conventional beauty products are.I did a lot of research via YouTube and Google Images to get the best idea of the various colours in all the swatching reviews I could find and settled on this shade for my skin tone. I'm a European mutt with a lot of German and Polish and similar: medium pale, freckles, tend to rosy cheeks, I spend a lot of time in the sun but don't really tan, just freckle more. This is beautiful as a lip tint -- you can layer it really well, so I do fewer for more casual and more layers for less casual occasions. It's extremely smooth and comfortable on the lip, moisturizing. If your lips are a bit dry and starting to get flaky, it will clump and create an uneven tone. However, that just means it's time for a nice sugar scrub for the lips.It's also excellent as a blush. I followed the demo the company has out -- swipe on the top of the cheeks and dot on the chin, nose, and center of forehead -- and it looks very natural and glowy. Very pretty and very little is needed.I would suggest always using your finger to apply: direct application to the skin can get little skin debris into the edges of the tube and might cause a little gunkage. If that happens, you can just extend the tube up and scrape it off, but I'd say cut it off at the source and just use a clean finger, which has much less debris potential than cheeks and lips.

It's awesome that it's toxic free and all natural but what I really need is lipstick that's red because this lip gloss comes off. I also bought something on their site and they were all out of the red lipstick I need red lipstick the pomegranate looked red on the picture but it's way too light it's purple. I wish she would have more in stock. If red lipstick is in stock now I won't buy it because I just bought the lip gloss and the pomegranate lipstick. I wish you would offer red lipstick on Amazon.

I bought this product as I begin to replace my cosmetics and other personal care items to less toxic products. This product was interesting. Typically I don't like blush creams and was leery of a dual purpose product. I opened it, expecting a fruity smell, but there is not one. I immediately expected not to like it. But I was very surprised. On the lips it is very light, not sticky and exceptionally moisturizing. The color is great and lasts longer than expected. As a blush it took me a few tries to get it applied correctly since I do not use cream blush. Once I used a foundation brush to blend it it looked perfect! And for a pink pink it is super flattering.I was so impressed I read more about the company and not only do they make wonderful, nontoxic, natural products, they are environmentally conscious and even rescue animals! I have since ordered other products and the adjustment from all of the chemical filled products I had been using is minimal.

The product I received came in completely different packaging than what’s shown. It’s now a smaller, square compact instead of the larger tube pictured. The size listed (0.26 oz) is also incorrect—the new one is only 0.17 oz. The description and photos need to be updated to reflect the current version.

A pretty, buildable color in a soft pop of pink, which can be applied easily using finger tip(s) to pat it on cheeks. I like it on the apples of my cheeks as opposed to across the cheekbones, but that's how I wear all of my blushes anyway. If you like subtle, use your middle or ring finger to swipe across the top of the blush, tap it on your cheeks, and blend smoothly. If you like more color, follow the same technique, but swipe the blush and re-apply to cheeks as often as you wish until you achieve your desired color. I wouldn't recommend applying the stick directly because it may introduce oils or otherwise alter the color and texture . The only downside is that it doesn't have staying power through a long day, especially in warm weather. But the tubes are small and easy to carry in a purse or tote, so touch-ups are a breeze.

I've never been big on using makeup, opting for a more natural look. I had always hated the artificial feel and look of other blushes. As I've aged, I do like a hint of color on my cheeks. This product is perfect for me. It goes on smooth and creamy, and I blend it in with my fingertips. It is light and feels great. I also appreciate that it has no nasty chemicals to worry about. I have purchased this product three times over several years. My last purchase was simply to insure I have it if it becomes unavailable on Amazon. Even though it seems pricey to me, (and keep in mind I don't use many cosmetics) I justify it by part of the proceeds going to animal welfare. Another plus!

At first I thought, wow, this is way too bright and not the right kind of pink! But I gave it a chance and now I say-I love it! It goes on so smoothly on my cheeks and lips. First I use it directly on my cheek putting it right where I want to establish the base of the color. Then I just use my fingers to blend it onto my skin, adding more as needed. Then I put on my powder which tones it down. The color lasts all day! The tube is well worth it and I intend on trying more products from this company! I reccommend just giving it a try. At the very least, use it as a lip tint!
