My parents have a wired Google Nest doorbell but it stopped ringing. We figured it was the doorbell transformer but we just couldn't get it to work. I bought this, unhooked the house doorbell wires, add this, ran the cord into the house and plugged it in. Eureka, the doorbell rings through the other Google devices in their home. Super easy.

Very easy to use. Little hard to hammer the nails in but not sure there is an alternative. I was very happy to find this as I thought my doorbell was wired and when I pulled it off, it was not. This was the perfect fix. Good value.

This is a good option as an alternative to wiring a transformer box. The main tip I learned when plugging in your Google nest doorbell (wireless) , is that you need to have it fully charged before plugging it in! Otherwise, there is not enough juice to charge the battery, so it will eventually drain overtime. You want to charge it to 100% first, then plug it in, then you should see an infinity symbol in your Google Home app.

This never worked for the device that it was designed for. Compete waste of money

I like the cord is so long I was able to run it behind some baseboard trim.Works exactly as you would want it to.
