I was hesitant to order this since there were no reviews, but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did! I use this product for the oil cleansing method. If you don't know what that is, you apply oil to a dry face and massage it into your skin for a few minutes. Then remove the oil with a warm wet washcloth. This process cleanses the skin and takes off makeup. I have found by using this product, all my face and eye makeup comes off beautifully with 3-4 pumps and I don't need to follow with another cleanser. The cotton pad with toner I use afterward comes away clean which tells me the product worked to clean my skin. This has been the only addition to my skincare routine and some persistent breakouts on my chin have disappeared. I also notice a balance to my usually oily skin as well as a softness. I highly recommend this product and plan on repurchasing!

I bought this cleansing oil to use as an eye makeup remover. It seemed to work ok as far as removing makeup, but I was really turned off by the very strong, somewhat astringent smell. According to the ingredients, it includes lavender, grapefruit, and geranium essential oils. If you really love lavender, you might like this, but I don't. I felt like I was rubbing Mrs. Meyer's dishwashing liquid on my face. I also felt the essential oils were too volatile to use comfortably right up close the eye, so I couldn't really use it to remove eyeliner. I'm going back to using plain coconut oil as an eye makeup remover.

It's ok. A little heavy on the face. You must use a cleanser after to remove the oily makeup residue from your skin. I love the fact that it's organic and I can pronounce everything on the ingredients list.

This made me break out and continue to break out after using it for 2 months.

This is awesome. I've used as both a makeup remover and cleanser. Would buy again.Update: not happy that it went from $9.99 to $14.25 since December 4.
