So the reason we have two in the above picture is we first bought the 6 panel when our son was about (10 months) but as our Son grew (he’s 19 months now) we realised we should have bought the 8 panel as there is so much more space. Before I hand down the smaller pen to a friend I thought I’d take a picture of them side to side for help gauging size and do this review.The 8 panel is big enough for 2 or (even) 3 babies/toddlers to play comfortably. It can also be taken outside to the garden or to the park as you fold it up and put it in the bag. It’s quite light weight I can carry it comfortably and I’m not a particularly strong person.Just make sure you measure the area you will use the pen in first though as the 8 panel is quite large.The playpen folds away in one motion which takes one second. Which means you get your living room back after the kids go to bed without any effort. It’s also got see-through mesh all the way round.It’s incredibly sturdy despite being fold away. Our son would definitely have broken it or escaped if he could and he hasn’t. So it’s been tried and tested. Great to know he’s safe if we pop to the loo or go to answer the door. Since I wrote this initially and after having the pen for over a year one of the 8 corners has broken we patched it up with a cable tie which worked fine and still allows the pen to fold away.Our son has his naps in the pen and we know he’s safe if he wakes up and we’ve gone to put the kettle on in the next room. We honestly couldn’t have coped without this play pen.However, one bit of advice is not to lift it with weight inside it. My husband did this a few times and you can see small tears in he fabric at the bottom of our first one. If we hadn’t noticed and they’d got bigger it would be a safety issue so make sure everything is removed before it’s lifted to prevent this.In summary we love this play pen it’s spacious, practical, easily mobile, multipurpose, good value. We highly recommend!

I was looking for a decent sized playpen that would allow my 8 month old to have plenty of space to manoeuvre now he’s on the move, that was reasonably priced.I came across this which was big enough and is foldable and portable and was a great price.. so I ordered it straight away. It arrived much quicker then it was supposed too, and it has not had not disappointed. My son loves it and it gives me piece of mind that is safe if I need to leave the room. It’s easy to put up, and take down and has a carry bag. This will be so handy, I’ll be able to use it in the garden or even at the beach.It takes up a lot of space, but also all of the baby toys are contained to one area- which also makes life so much easier!

The 8 piece playpen is huge, sturdy and safe with plenty of space for our 9 month grandson to crawl. He has started to climb the sides but it is so sturdy there's no problem. Only downside is that after 2 weeks, 2 of the corners have had their stitching come undone revealing the metal frame. I have repaired them both for now, but it is a fiddly job! If I can make one suggestion, is to make the stitching stronger in the corners where you tighten the clips in, we have now loosened them up quite a bit in the hope that they don't come undone again, but now the floor fabric is slightly wrinkly. I would certainly buy this product again though, very easy to put up and put down and comes with a handy carrying bag, product when folded stands up on its on in the corner - brilliant!

When our little boy became mobile you couldn’t follow him with radar. Now he’s in a safe space we can all relax.I’ve had this up indoors and outdoors and it’s big enough he’s happy in there and can see out etc.One of the best baby items I have purchased. Goes up and down in seconds, will also take away on our campervan holidays

Seems lovely and it’s really good size for the price but ours arrived with one buckle not attached so it wouldn’t be completely secure and it didn’t seem easy or right to try fix ourselves.

Unfortunately poor quality. The movable joints are flimsy resulting in one of the plastics corner joins breaking the first time I used it. Shame as it was a good large size and folded small for easy storage.

Absolutely adore this!! My 1 year old can’t climb out, can’t break it, and had it plenty of room to crawl and play. It fits all of his toys comfortably, and there’s even room for us to climb in with him to play. It’s not the easiest thing to clean but it’s been well worth the extra hassle so far. I’d recommend putting a rug or mat down under it since it’s a little slippy on a laminated floor, and the base is thin. Very easy to set up and portable, folds up nice and small too!!

Amazing size for such a good price, twins are happily crawling around with their toys in a safe space.It’s easy to put together and dismantle so no fuss.Bit of a downside that there’s no padded base but easily fixed with an blanket underneath or maybe foam squares.Highly recommend!
