They actually measures 5mm, not 4.5mm
I ordered these to fit a 5mm pin hole in a clevis pin. When they would not fit I measured them to be a perfect 5mm, not the 4.5mm I had hoped. I tried to grind one to the correct size but I finally gave up realizing a grinding wheel was not going to work either.
