I am skeptical about the whole copper and magnetic fad that is going on but my wife bought me one of these for my carpal tunnel. I am a drummer and have moderate to severe carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists and have to wear braces to sleep at night. I put the bracelet on my left wrist and wore it all day. I noticed that later in the day while driving, that my left wrist was not going numb like the right one was. Both usually go numb when I drive. That night, I was able to sleep without my brace on my left wrist which is a big deal as that is normally not an option because the pain will wake me up every time. Honestly, I am not sure physiologically if this is truly a valid treatment but I can say anecdotally that something is definitely happening; so much so that I purchased a second one for my right wrist. I have tried a lot of options for treating carpel tunnel that do not include surgery and for whatever reason, these bracelets actually seem to work. I have noticed a reduction in swelling and less numbness so I recommend them for anyone looking for a non-surgical option. As far as the quality goes, these are really excellent. The look great and can be worn with formal outfits or for me, even when I am dressed for a show. The packaging is amazing and it really seems like they thought it out well. The bracelet came with a nice outer box as well as a felt bag for the bracelet. In addition, a tool was included to adjust the length of the bracelet. The tool worked perfectly and made the adjustment of the size extremely easy. The tool has a small plastic piece attached to it that you lay the bracelet across and it lines up the holes that connect the links so you can easily remove them to fit your wrist. I had to remove one link and the fit was perfect. It is really a nice bonus. All in all it was packaged and presented very well. The bottom line is that these bracelets are well made, are packaged well and look great. They seem to help with my carpal tunnel and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an alternative to the knife for carpel tunnel. To be clear, they don't completely cure it by any means but they certainly seemed to lessen my symptoms. I absolutely love this bracelet; bought the silver, actually for my daughter who has RA. But I won't see her until February & as she doesn't expect the magnetic properties to help her thought I'd wear it until I give it to her to try. Even if it didn't help, which I think it does, I love the look & feel of it! It's very elegant & casual at the same time; I haven't taken any links out though I may on the one I just ordered for myself. It's probably about 3 links loose on my wrist but it feels lovely & I'm actually enjoying the comfort of it. Have only taken it off to shower but that's just because I love it so much don't want even the slightest risk of damaging it. My little finger on my right hand had been bothering me for several weeks\few months...not sure how long...but the bracelet is helping. Have also had frozen shoulder issues (both shoulders) for several years & the main way they bother me nowadays is after sleeping on my side(s) at night. The bracelet is helping my right shoulder not to hurt when I wake up after having slept on it. I highly recommend this bracelet for its quality & style. My only regret is I didn't order the 2nd one when I got the first one for about $10 less than the "now" selling price; however Smarter LifeStyle emailed me a 10% off my next order...hence, I've just placed an order for a bracelet for myself!! Here's the deal. I've had a minor wrist pain in my left wrist for quite some time. It's not the kind of pain that makes my eyes water or causes unadulterated anguish, but it's an annoying little thing that bugs me enough that I wince before applying any pressure on it. Now, I haven't done any research on magnets or their potential healing powers, but I'm open to the possibility. So I've been wearing this bracelet for a few days straight and I can effectively claim that the pain in my left wrist is almost gone. I'm actually surprised. Yes, this result could merely be a coincidence, with my body suddenly deciding to heal itself. Or it could be a great example of the placebo effect in action. Or, maybe the little magnets lining this bracelet are actually doing something positive. And negative, I guess. Magnet humor. It's pretty polarizing. But I hear the ladies find it attractive. Anyway, even if this bracelet is just a bracelet and the healing (and feeling) of the minor pain was in my head, it's still a well-made and pretty sharp looking bracelet. I like its two-tone matte black/shiny black surface and the presentation with the little black velvet bag is a nice touch. I also appreciate that it comes with its own sturdy link removal tool. I always wondered how jewelers did that kind of thing. Now that the secret has been revealed and they aren't merely using incredibly fine motor skills, I gotta say jewelers don't really impress me much any more. If I were to change anything, it would be that the bracelet I received appears to easily lose its black coating. I can already see the titanium color underneath in some small areas and I haven’t used the bracelet long enough or in any manner that should cause wear yet. The manufacturer should double coat it for a more forgiving finish, especially if this is occurred right from the factory. As such, I deducted a star for this. I also would have made the magnetism stronger. If this thing in its current state helped my wrist pain, maybe super strong, rare-earth, neodymium magnets would allow me to punch through walls and the beating hearts of my enemies. Bracelet arrived well packaged, nice little velvet bag with it as well, link removal tool was easy to use, Bracelet itself looks stunning worn on wrist, will have to wait to see if the benefits are as stated, i think it's too early to say, overall i am pleased with the purchase, also have had follow up emails from the seller which i have found to be excellent Customer Service

I was in a lot of pain from my neck. I put it down to having whiplash a few years back, when i was in the Police Somebody ran into the back of my vehicle. Over the last six months it has gotten much worse, getting older i suppose. I also have painful wrists and thumbs. I was sceptical about the bracelet but thinking i had nothing to lose i purchased it. I am glad i did, no kidding it started to work in hours. My neck is no where near as painful, my wrists are painless. At night i am getting a good nights sleep. I am not always having to adjust the pillows to ease the pain ln my neck. I dont how how it works but it does for me. I am now going to buy the neckless. The bracelet is well made and looks cool. I fully recommend without hesitation.

My wife begins to have pain in her finger joints. It's not bad enough for taking painkiller drugs, and so I hope this bracelet will work. Bought it based on good comments on Amazon.com. She's happy with its look & I'm impressed with the built-quality. It takes some patience to remove the links with the tool. It helps but it's not a precision instrument. The clasp blends nicely with the surrounding links. It's secure & tight. So tight that--in order to open it--I had to lubricate the junction where the clasp grabs the joining link. One end of the clasp has a tiny pin--it's the other end that opens.
