Great Customer Service
Bought this necklace for my mom to put my uncle's ashes in.As I was putting the ashes in, silly me dropped the screw in the ashes *face palm*. I contacted customer service and they sent me 3 replacement screws with no problem! I received the screws in less than 2 weeks. I really appreciate it since I did not feel like spending money on a new necklace. Thanks again!

Beautiful but….,.,
I love this necklace however the writing is not bold as shown in the picture. I can barely see what it says.I’m sending this back and exchanging it and hoping the new “Brother” can now be seen. Beautiful necklace and the price is amazing.

My Dad was the BEST!
My dad was the BEST dad in the whole UNIVERSE!!! End of story!!!.....But I also know that YOUR dad was the Best dad in the universe 🤗 So painful to lose my wonderful pops. I do not care for many of the urns etc. I purchased this with no intention to wear it---just to keep it at my bedside so I can hold it in my hand when I say a prayer. However I am wearing it. It has a nice smooth feel, good weight and very comforting to the touch. Near my heart always.

Beautiful piece of jewelry!
This is a beautiful piece of jewelry! The pendant is solid and not dainty and is well made!! Ifi just received the pendant without engraving i would have given 5 stars. However, i needed to take a off a star for the engraving. It really is poor quality and not even close to the bold print on the site. It is extremely difficult to read, even holding in my own hand. I chose the “brother” pendant but one one will know that but me.
