A cleverly-designed machine. I haven't actually used it yet, as I need to replace the wheel on my bench grinder, but I'm sure it will work admirably. Looking forward to sourcing further items with you.

Good product for the money

Excellent product ,though slipped a little when pressing firmly on the jig ,it needed a lot of tightening with the handles to make it secure, for me I solved it by putting 4 slim star washers on the bolts between the parts and it works great solid as a rock, though I have to make sure it is released full y when adjusting the anglesAs I keep it at 25 degrees all the time not a problem

Excellent quality and excellent value for money

Well made but could be improved. Some method of setting the angles would be useful and you need to take the instructions as a guide rather than a definitive solution. With a bit of practice gives good results.

This product is almost the same as from other suppliers but 1/3 to 1/2 cheaper. It seems to work well with 200 mm grinding wheels. Note that the sharpening platform has a recess in the front edge to lie either side of the wheel. It will only fit a narrow wheel (but this is the same from all suppliers) and no one provides a plate to fit a 40 mm wheel! Of course it is a simple mattter to cut and file a larger recess for your Wheel width .........Same product, but better value than from other suppliers!

I must admit, I was dubious when I ordered this as there were so many available and many with poor reviews. However, once I got this set up in front of the grinder, it works extremely well and I have no complaints about it except for the screws supplied for the base. I think they must have been made of cheese! I restore Stanley wood planes and this is perfect for refacing the cutter irons back to 25° face angle.

Unstable, jerky on the slide, which also gets clogged up with grinding dust so needs cleaning out often, a lot of money for what it is, in theory it should be good but all in all just an expensive guide
