Consistent Flavor And Quality
This Iberia cooking SHERRY works well for my omelettes and other dishes. Not an overwhelming flavor, which is exactly what I need. Thank you.

Perfect and a great price!
Perfect and a great price! We use a lot of white cooking wine. This is an amazing deal and tastes great. No reason to go anywhere else.

Not as sweet as the generic supermarket stuff
Definitely better than the no brand stuff I get at the local supermarket. I was looking for something that wasn't as sweet as the no brand stuff I can get at the supermarket and this works great for that. I'm no chef, but adding some cooking wine can really add to the flavor of your meals. It helps to let it reduce somewhere in your preparation, really adds to the flavor profile.

Do not add salt if you are cooking with this wine
This is the best deal I could find online but be careful there is a lot of sodium in there. I might just have to go back to buying regular cheap wine to cook with because the sodium content is so high so do not add salt if you're going to use this wine.

I've always learned not to use wine I wouldn't drink. But this turned out okay.
I was in a pinch and needed some white wine for risotto. These were inexpensive and could get her quick and I didn't have to go shopping for it. I've always lived by the rule not to use any wine in food that I wouldn't drink by itself. So, the first thing I did (against packaging instructions) was taste it. The initial flavor was not great but tolerable. The lingering taste was that of a decent but lower-end Sauvignon Blanc. You could taste the difference in the risotto, but it wasn't off-putting. The risotto turned out great.
