I'm not sure what to think about tower busters actually. I have no instruments with which to measure their effectiveness... it's a tough call. I want them to work, but do they? I don't actually know. I put one in my garden to see if it helps the plants but even in Florida the plants are unenthusiastic in winter when there is no rain, and there has been none. So time will tell.
