The dish set was delivered today. They were very well packed. I inspected all the pieces carefully.There are no broken or chipped items. The decor and color are true to the description. I am very pleased with thisset and will plan on adding another 4 place settings. They are quite heavy weight. Some people may find this anegative.

It's pronounced where the 'P' is silent. This company has been around for years, American, and I've heard from others how much they loved their dishes, so since I was bored with and old set from a different company I thought I would like to see what styles Pfaltzgraff has. I went with this seashell style, but I saw at least 10 different patterns from their website I would have liked to get. I wanted simple, no floral and something different. The glaze is a little different on each item, and that was exactly what I wanted, less manufactured looking. The dinner plates measure 10.5 inches, the bowls hold 25 ounces to the rim. Mugs are nice, and 7.5 inches for the smaller plates. I was very nervous about getting dishes shipped, but the box was heavy and extremely well packed. It came in a large box, then inside another large box. Then for each of the different items, dinner, mug, etc.. were then boxed with heavy paper in four different boxes. No chips no cracks and greatly appreciated the effort by the company to see everything was in good condition. No complaints, microwaved great, dishwasher, no problem.Nov2021 Update - After using these faithfully for 6 months, I have loved them with no problems. Microwave, dishwasher, no issues. However I did accidentally chip the edge of a luncheon plate (My fault dropping a mason jar on it) and I couldn't save it. Would love it if I could find a replacement, no luck, not even from their website. Still very happy with these dishes.

Well I love these plates. They are deep so you can only store so many stacked and I already broke one and boy was out a mess. It broke into 1 million pieces otherwise they are pretty design and a neutral color great for every day dishes

I was looking for a beachy set of dishes and found these. They are gorgeous. They are nicely made and have a good amount of weight to them. They are used daily and haven't had one single chip. They are super easy to wash and they look brand new. I paid a lot for these and noticed they are half the price now! So get them!! You will love them too. I may grab some more before they are gone. They are nice enough to have a formal dinner. You will get compliments. Great quality set.

These dishes are perfect, love the coastal pattern. Great quality and price. My wife purchased the used option, the price was really good, she was nervous about what shape they would be in. They were well packaged, the outside box was not too strong, but everything was individually packaged and nothing was broken. The size of each piece are perfect.
