It's my second Silicon Power HD, 1st is 3 yr old, running good!

so I'm highly disappointed with the product i received
it was written on many other sites which reviewed this hard drive, that this hard drive has more than 100mbps transfer speed, but when is received the product, it was formatted with FAT32 in which u cannot move files larger than 4 GB, hence i reformatted the disk with NTFS, and then the transfer speed i got was always below 60 mbps.so I'm highly disappointed with the product i received, may be this product is damaged or fake.

Perfekte externe HD
Habe diese Platte jetzt seit 2018 im Einsatz, benutze sie immer noch regelmäßig für Backups, Musik und Filme. Auch bei Reisen ist sie ständig dabei. Keine Probleme, immer zuverlässig und trotz ein paar mal schon heruntergefallen funktioniert sie immer noch tadellos. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Excellent, has survived 3 plus years now.
Owned 2 of these for 3 years now without any problems. I highly recommend, they haven't failed me yet and I use them all the time. One for Xbox extra space and one on the PC.

More reliable than I thought
Ok, hear me out. I know a lot of people say this brand is faulty, but I had this thing for almost 6 years and it still works PERFECTLY. And I still have space to spare. It’s been there for me for many deployments. It’s sturdy and has survived drops, and getting wet. Quality hardrive

Obtienes un buen producto por un costo módico.
El cable es algo corto pero no tuve problemas para conectarlo a mi PC. Se ve protegido aunque no planeo llevarlo de un lado a otro. Se te recomienda bajar el software de SP Widget de la página de Silicon Power para poder hacer respaldos de los archivos pero después de usarlo lo encontré muy poco intuitivo y molesto de usar pero eso no me afecta. Simplemente copio y pego los archivos como si fuera un USB. La copia se realiza de forma rápida. Tardé alrededor de 15 minutos en copiar 40G y creo que fue más por cuestiones de la velocidad de mi PC que por el propio dispositivo.

Très bon produit mais je n’ai pas mis d’appréciations pour l’étanchéité. Je n’ai pas eu l’ occasion de le tester dans des conditions humides
