Our dogs love their kennels and I love that they’re nice to look at. Kennel comes with a black cover that is so much better than a large flat sheet that ends up being covered in dog hair. Our Golden’s like to be covered at the end of the day, but it’s easily removed if you have company coming over and want to show off the stylish rattan look. We chose the large, it’s spacious, easy to assemble and is light weight enough to move around when it’s time to vacuum. We’ve been using one for a year and no issues, just got a new puppy and when he outgrew his small kennel, we immediately bought another one. It came with a frayed cover and a loose bar on the bottom and customer service was helpful and quick to send a replacement. I highly recommend.

I have a senior dog that isn't really active, so I have the gate tucked in for him to come and go, and it's never really locked because he doesn't need it. He's about size of your standard pit bull and has plenty of room in the medium size crate. It's a good size for him, and I wouldn't want to put a bigger dog inside. When I had this outside, it was great because it's waterproof and it's light enough to move around. It's honestly too dark and absorbs the heat so if you experience triple-digit weather, this is not going to help. That being said, my dog is not a chewer and doesn't try to escape his crate; I wouldn't trust this crate until the dog is fully crate-trained. I gave it 5 stars, because after moving it around a whole bunch and placing things on top of it, there hasn't been any damage, scratches, nor anything that has gotten loose. My dog is getting thick around the waist and it's still holding despite the bottom bars looking thin. But honestly, if you are buying this, you are buying it for its looks and not because you need a heavy-duty crate. You want something more aesthetically pleasing for your patio or something to match the chic minimalistic slightly tropical theme you're going for in your living room.

First of all, the box came quite damaged and the plastic bed was cracked severely. But even if it came perfectly fine I still would’ve returned this item. My dog isn’t big, she’ll only get up to 40lbs, and she likes to paw her current kennel door when she wants out. For her current kennel, which is of the same style as this one, that isn’t an issue since the material is a strong metal with two horizontal rows of bar for support. This kennel door, however, looks like it could only hold a dog half the size of mine. The quality is noticeably worse and thinner, and even though the door is bigger than the door on my current dog kennel there is only one support bar. When applying force to the bars of my current kennel they move only as a cohesive unit, if I push in the middle of the door it moves as a solid normal door would, all together. This new kennel, however, is weaker and if I push the middle of its door you can see the middle moves out but the parts away from the middle do not move along with it. This results in a weak structure that I have no faith in for keep my dog in even when she doesn’t want to be. While my biggest concern was the quality of the door I can also say the general quality of the material and construction is also lacking for the price. The material was coming apart on inside, not extremely so but it was noticeable, and the amount of material used is laughably sparse. The kennel has barred windows so you can see in and the dog can see out but they are rendered pointless by the fact that the weaves are far apart and you can see inside from anywhere on this kennel. Got this because I wanted a kennel like the quality one that I already have but bigger. All I can give it is, well, it is indeed bigger (size advertised somewhat accurately).

Love this crate. It is beautiful and comfortable for our dog, and seeme to be strong and durable. It was hard to put together - the video makes it seem so much easier, but most of the screws holes were covered by the plastic wicker material and made it hard to get all the screws far enough in to catch on the other side. If you can persist and get it put together, it's all worth it!

I had hoped the reviews for this product that were good would prevail. Alas this product is not worth the money. Not only is it poorly made, it does not line up right for an easy installation nor does it hold up to its primary function! 200 wasted as the door to the cage will NOT stay latched and comes undone if my puppy so much as paws as it. Completely defeating the purpose of this cage! Save your money and get something sturdier better made and that will actually contain your dog

It is a little difficult to assemble. Some of the holes barely match. You have to push it very hard to make it. I needed 2 people to accomplish it. But once it was built both my dogs wanted to get in there. Very cute design goes well in the living room with decoration without looking like an ugly dog cage. Can't tell about the durability as I just got it. My 85lb dog went in there and felt sturdy. I am getting a medium one for my 52lb dog.

Put together in about 25-30 mins. Easy enough. Should've been about 15 mins . I had the back upside down so that took an extra 5-10 mins to figure out so be sure to double check bc the top wont fit if its upside down. Be sure not to tighten until all the pieces are together. Pieces of the rattan are loose and definitely will invite chewing. It's definitely not as heavy duty as your standard "jail" cage but it looks 1000% better. The tray came damaged and is definitely flimsy. Because this was not a cheap crate, I will be requesting a replacement. For the money, this should be a quality tray. It's beautiful but I dont know how durable it will be. My dog clearly is disinterested in this fancy crate. He loves his crate --however, I dont--so I hope he takes to it and doesnt decide to destroy it. I'll update after my dog uses it and speaking with customer service. ***UPDATE*** Customer service was great. I received a partial refund for the damaged crate pan; HOWEVER, the pan is NOT a standard size and it impossible to find a pan that fits the crate. A Medium is too small and a Large is too big. The bottom of the crate is wide gapped wires so a pan is needed. While I love the crate itself and its holding up fine for my 56lb bulldog, finding a replacement crate pan has been a real challenge. **Update 2** The too small pan replacement will not work and the thinner supports broke in back. I went to Lowe’s and had a thick piece of plywood cut. The measurements are 21.4 x 33. Do yourself a favor and get the wood bc if the pan is ever damage you won’t be able to find a replacement. He thinks his new crate pad is a chew toy smh lol

Purchase this for my 8 pound Cavapoo for when we have to be out of the house for three or four hours. She’s still a puppy and can’t be trusted on her own so we wanted something where she could move around, have her food and water, and also a pee pee pad in the corner. This kennel works perfectly for that purpose. It’s really hard to say how durable this kennel is until we’ve used it a while. It seems sturdy enough but again only time will tell. Very pleased with this purchase.
