Awesome quality. Completely solid iron rod, not any filling. Worth the price. Only cons is that, only one plate per side could be put on.

Although 14 inch dumbbell rods are most popular, but in case, you are also looking for 12 inch dumbbell rod pair (just like me), then go for it.Please note that 14" rods are actually 13.5" approx. when measured and 12" rod is actually 11.5" approx.So this one is approximately 11.5". This rod has a comfortable grip with excellent knurling. The length of the sleeve (area for inserting weight discs) is 75 mm (7.5 cm). 52 mm is actually available for weight discs considering the length occupied by washers, nuts.The only con is that the outer width of the nut needs to be wider so that the nut is wider than than the plate hole and holds the plate firmly. Because of this I had to buy four extra washers. The seller must either provide wider star nuts or extra washers with the original order itself so that we don't have to worry about spare parts later.
