Effective and delicious
This tea is fantastic. Tastes great, and when I drink it in the morning it helps me feel alert and sharp and improves my focus, without making me feel jittery at all.

Good tasting
This is a good tasting tea, but I wish there was more in the bag for the price.

Great quality tea
Really great quality tea you can immediately tell the difference between this and lower quality. The taste is mild and delightful with a tiny bit of honey but is fine without it. Helps me feel good and I can definitely notice the nights I don’t drink it. Love this tea!

Wonderful AI tea! Hot or Iced!
I have purchased this tea twice now and it is absolutely wonderful!!! I don’t consider myself a “tea drinker” but this has completely changed my perspective. My nurse practitioner suggested adding turmeric and cinnamon to my diet because I suffer from chronic inflammation from chronic migraine and spondylothesis. I am also a controlled diabetic and cinnamon has been shown to regulate blood sugar. This tea is delicious and Ibelieve it helps ease my pain and reduces swelling and bloating. I drink it hot but have recently been steeping 8 oz for 15 minutes and use it as a base for iced tea that I sweeten with pure stevia extract. I’m sure you could also use agave or honey. It is a wonderful, spicy yet refreshing cold drink to have during the day that doesn’t contain caffeine. For someone who is a medicinal tea novice and a healthy skeptic, I am very pleased with its flavor and soothing effects. The tea is high quality and very aromatic. I store it in an opaque mason jar and it stays very fresh. I only wish you received more tea for the price. However, it’s quality and potency are worth the price. You must buy a good steeper or loose tea infuser for best results. I plan to try some of the other varieties this company makes. I like that a portion of their profits go to autoimmune research. I feel like I’m doing something good for myself and someone else.

An alright health tea
We bought this tea for my bf, who doesn't like hot drinks but knew he would benefit from the herbs in this particular tea. So I knew it would be a hard sell but one he was willing to try.The packets are nicely done for a bagged tea, and you can definitely smell the herbs. That's a plus. I've tried the tea, and it's more interesting than chamomile but not as good as, say, an oolong or jasmine green tea. Personally, I think the flavor notes really need the addition of some honey and lemon to round them out and make the tea taste better.BF's impression? It tastes like water and he hasn't noticed any reduction in his inflammation. He'll drink it, but only as an iced tea and (probably) only because I got it for him.

First impressions
At the moment this is more of a first impression type of thing. I will come out and say firstly that i haven't had anymore that one cup so far so i cant say anything regarding the anti inflamitory claims. There are just a couple things i found after just one cup and that is that all the spices in the bag fall to the bottom and the leafy ingredient basically is at the top of the bag so dont forget to grab some of that and then dig to the bottom to get your spices. The second is that likely you want to follow its serving size recommendations....i used a teavanna perfect tea scooper and that has to be more than a teaspoon because the spice was rather potent in my cup and my stomach couldnt handle it. Otherwise it did have decent flavor and i would maybe have liked it to be a little more complex. I am used to actual tea leaves and not herbal or spice blend teas only. I feel like this would be a good thing to add to a chai tea but i dont like chai either. I kind of wish it had actual tea leaves for additional or more actual tealike flavor but obviously that would add caffeine.I will have to try and use it at bedtime like the other reviewers regularly to see if i notice any actual anti inflamitory benefits.
