I've hung two barn doors in the past. This was my first bypass door. This rail kit comes with everything you need, minus the doors of course, and is solid steel with smooth rollers. We did have an issue in that the doors would roll to the left. My track was perfectly level, so I think this is more an issue of the bypass configuration as it never happened with my single hung doors. This was an easy fix by simply sticking a thin sticky back circle of felt (can be purchased in any hardware store) on the top and back of the railing, so it is not visible to the front. You stick it in front of the roller, where the door is supposed to stop, and it provides just enough resistance to keep the door from rolling and light enough to barely even notice it is there when you open the door. My one gripe, and this is the case with every barn door rail I have installed, is the stops cannot go over the bolt heads. Ofttimes, the perfect stop is where the bolt head is at. It would be nice if someone would simply design a stop to fit over the bolt heads.

This kit is made of high quality materials- no visible plastic- and operates smoothly. I noticed a couple of small issues with the installation instructions. They give door hole locations that will not work for the angled brackets. To keep doors level, I just used the angled brackets against both doors to position holes. There are also some plastic spacers for thinner doors that are necessary because the bolts are fastened with acorn nuts, but there is no mention of them. Finally, they list a router as a needed tool but the instructions use the guides on the outside of the doors rather than in a routed groove. But otherwise this seems like a high quality product and was pretty easy to install. I recommend ordering a track long enough to hit the king studs around the door rather than just those dangling from the ceiling. This was critical for me because I merged two adjoining closets.

All parts were in the package with good instructions. Take your time and measure twice before cutting and drilling as it is not very forgiving if you make a mistake. Doors roll on the track very smoothly with no issues. Just make sure that when you connect the bar sections together that you line them up perfectly straight before the final tightening or you could have a bump at the connection point when rolling the doors when they go over that point. One thing to be aware of is that the outer door will stick out about 6 inches from the wall if you have to put a 2x6 header to mount the hanging bracket but only about 4 inches if you already have a header to attach to.

I order 2 of these kits almost 2 months ago. They do seem good quality however of of my kits is missing the track and i am unable to return due to not opening both packages ealier since i was waiting for my barn doors to arrive i only open 1 package and it wasnt missing anything.......UPDATE....the company contacted me and send the replacemt of the part that was missing im a very grateful since my doors can finally be completed. I cannot emphasize how fast my issue was resolved !!

The barn door kit was exactly what we wanted, but when we found ourselves unexpectedly needing a part to allow us to modify the kit for our unique situation, we couldn't find anything to order online. I reached out to the company and they immediately responded AND immediately shipped a part to us free of charge. I could not believe how responsive they were to us! They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! I highly recommend them for their customer responsiveness, but also because the hardware itself is exactly as it should be and looks great!

There were not many reviews of this double bypass system with 4 doors, so I wanted to show that it is possible to do. This was such a great alternative to purchasing a custom door to fit our 100.5 inch opening from our kitchen into my office. The best thing I took away from the other reviews are to measure not once, not twice, but three times. I have installed barn doors before on a single track system and this was by far easier. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. The 10 ft track does come in 3 separate pieces and I found it was easier to draw my line using a level, then hang the first of the three rails. Double check that it is level, then use the connector and hang the second section of the rail, double check that it is level and so on. I found that this will prevent the connectors from breaking in half and was much easier to install than to connect all three pieces and then hang (as the instructions state to do). I did this all myself which I think speaks for itself when I say how easy this was. Overall, I’m very satisfied!

Track and all works fine, but the drywall anchors were sure to fail (spin in drywall once screw is inserted. It's got to be a known problem but keep shipping them out.

I did a lot of research on barn door hardware as I needed something specific to fit my situation. Glad I picked this product as it was perfect for what I needed. All parts came well wrapped and identified. Really easy to install and it looks professional. I would definitely buy the same ones again if i needed another set.

This kit seems to be well made, not extra heavy duty but just right for the application we required it for. Easy installation and works well, looks great.

Easy to install. Looks beautiful. Smooth glide. Take your time and be precise. Be sure to allow for sufficient loss of space in crossover between doors (6-8”) when measuring the width of opening. These are two 36” doors. I had to build the left side of 72” opening out 10” to adjust for gap.

I had a little issue with the content of the box and the company was fast and extremely helpful in resolving the issue. Their customer service was polite, attentive to my needs and did all that was possible to help. I recommend this seller and will buy again if needed. The product itself is of great quality.
