I bought them for the office but I was not convinced they would work. I was willing to lose the money. I stand corrected. It works like a charm. All cords at the office are now detangled. It is a pleasure to pick up the phone.

I only gave it four stars because it is a five-star device for 3- 6 months or so. But then they wear out and the phone starts losing contact at the swivel in these connectors. So this time I bought 10!

Quick, easy to install. Works perfectly.

Bought for 10 phone lines in office. Worked well for roughly 6-8 months. Now at 10 months, we're forced to rebuy them because they started becoming "crackly" and making phone calls impossible. I haven't found a better option because apparently just the mechanism to allow rotation has normal wear-and-tear and eventually breaks down and causes static. It's annoying to constantly have to buy these, but it's better than (1) constantly tangled cords, and (2) the static sound that ends up preventing my employees from hearing customers on the phone. Wish there was a better long-term solution that didn't end up breaking, but for now, it is what it is.

Doesn't allow cord to tangle

Cord does not tangle but phone calls cut in and out.

These worked for the first few months and then started making our phone lines staticky. I would like to send them back and get my money back but I guess it's too late.
