This lumber pillow is great for your car seat and it is easy to adjust and put on the seat. It stays in place and is a great support for your lumber region. I love it and would not drive without it.

Great back support and much cheaper than cushion lab. I received a cushion lab back support for Christmas and it was actually painful to sit against. I gave it to someone else and decided to try this one. It is so much better. It conforms well with my body and gives me the support I need. My husband tried it out for a couple of hours and he loved it so much, I had to order another one for him. I highly recommend this back cushion, especially if you have had back surgery.

Accurate dimensions but was smaller than expected. Memory foam feels light to me but provides support and comfort while sitting in a recliner. Normal memory foam odor out of packaging that dissipates over a couple days. So far, so good

So the package arrived yesterday. And then upon opening I was a little bit annoyed. Because in the photo on Amazon and the whole reason why I picked & paid the little bit extra for this particular one was because it appeared like at the top and bottom of the pillow had kind of a cradling crevice I'll say similar to like a racing car seat...... But... no, no it didn't. So I did not receive what I thought it was going to be like.Now having said that, I did use it in my office chair at work all day long today. It is a comfortable pillow. And is a decent size for larger guys. As I am 6'1 and 230+.It was in fact very comfortable to sit in my chair all day long I wasn't having to crack my back or anything as a way to relieve pressure at any point during the day.So, to be completely Fair..... NO it was not what I thought I ordered going to be getting, BUT on the plus it is very comfortable and it did supply back pain relief all day....

I bought this item because I started having lower back pain a little over two weeks ago. I believe the source of my pain is working from home the last year and not getting up and moving around as much as I was used to when I was in the office coupled with very poor posture (my chiropractor calls it the praying mantis).I'm not going to claim that my pain has disappeared magically because it hasn't. That will require more visits to the chiropractor, better posture and some at-home exercises. However, I'm very happy with this purchase for multiple reasons:1) I like that I can tie this to my chair making it more stable/fixed than the rolled up towel that I had been trying prior to getting this. I can also move it up and down on the chair so that it hits me in the right spot in the back for my height.2) While my office chair is pretty decent, the back isn't adjustable and when I'm not doing the praying mantis I think I'm leaning too far back. With this pillow, it's forcing me to sit in an more upright posture which I think is more in line with proper ergonomics.3) Being memory foam, it's super comfortable to sit against unlike my rolled up towel which was hard and got uncomfortable at times.4) Good construction. The cover is nice quality and it looks nice. I think it should hold up well.5) Reasonably priced.

Is very comfortable when used in the car. The only problem is if you have side airbags the straps that go around the seat go right over the airbag. I don't know if the force of the airbag will break the elastic or if the elastic would keep the airbag from deploying. I am going a new strap that would hang down from the headrest.

This isn’t bad. If you need a very firm support, this is it. If you get the right position behind you it’s nearly perfect. That’s the problem though, the positioning. If you get in the car and don’t get out and back in, I’d think this would do well for you, but if you do delivery driving or short distance driving regularly, this is firm, so your body will push it slightly out of position and you’ll be reaching behind yourself to adjust it. The only other weakness is because it’s so firm you will sit away from your seat, so it really kind of needs some kind of head support. I’d hate to get in an accident using this, the whiplash would be dramatic I think. For those reasons I wanted to give it 3 stars, but in truth I think this could be really good for someone and I wouldn’t want to make people thinks it’s bad, it simply requires the right kind of driver and additional support for the head.
