Hit or Miss
We bought these probes to replace our Camp Chef smoker probes. One probe seems to work well, the other one does not read right.

Probes worked, disappointed in longevity
Probes worked great for about 3 months each. After that they both register a constant 275F. Unless you want to buy 2 sets a year, just save up for a Meater
