Are the cushion machine washable?

They are removable so, I would assume so. I would probably line dry to avoid any shrinkage.

Is it actually leather or vinyl?

Its vinyl and mine cane in broken. I wouldn't order because i didn't even unbix when i saw that it was cracjed like they knew it was cracjed when they packed it. Still waiting for refund which they say could taje 10 to 30 days but they took my money instantly and received the chair less than a week. I am 😠
