Great for massaging!
Great for massages! I use this for post work out muscle recovery, lymphatic massages, and even on my face! Super easy to use & gives my wrist a bit of a work out because i use it for so long! The box recommends 5-10 mins per area so i pretty much just do a full body! The roller makes it very functional and it’s the perfect handheld size for even larger hands. I think the quality is amazing i love the 3 different points it has it really does get every kink or ache i have out !

ok, not great lymph massager
this device is very easy to use, but im not sure how effective it is. i bruise quite easily, but after using this on my legs - i had bruises all up and down them. not uncomfortable, but not what i anticipated. I also used this by my neck - and i would caution against that because my TMJ muscles were very sore after. i suppose it was targeting the right lymph system though! it does feel a bit cheap because its plastic, but i like the yellow color and there isn't much "bad" about it per se - I just don't know if it works!

A must have for neck pain!
I bought this because I have constant neck pain!! I use it with magnesium oil or just by itself! I carry it with me and use it on the go as well as at home!!! It’s a handy little gadget to have! It’s a great value for the money! It’s easy to hold in your hand which makes it extremely easy to use! I just soak it in soapy water to clean! 10-10 highly recommend!

Relax Your Day Away!
Love this for a extremity work out! Achy muscles relax after using this tool! Perfect for hand size as I am 5’9”. Lightweight and nodules are a perfect size and they do not hurt as you roll back and forth!

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Unacceptable Customer Service
I purchased this product with high hopes, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete letdown. Within a short time of use, small pieces started falling off, making the item completely unusable. This is not only unacceptable for the price but also shows a serious lack of quality control.To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, I was only offered a partial refund—despite the product being clearly defective. A partial refund for a broken item? That’s insulting.This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone. Save your money and buy from a brand that stands behind what they sell.
