The frame of my first canopy broke within a year after only light use. Disappointing because this brand was best rated in a number of reputable review sources. Because it was within the 1 year warranty period ABC sent me a replacement.Giving 5 stars because of the customer service and because it works as intended, is easy to set up and take down, and has a great carrying case. I would have hoped for more longevity than 1 year, but I'm not sure how much more durable any of the many similar canopies of this type are either.

I have been purchasing tents from this company for 5 years now and we love them. They are very steady and durable. I will definitely be purchasing again with the future. I love that the cost of the tents are as much as some I have seen that are not as durable.

My order was missing the stakes and I reached out to them and they worked with me to get things resolved quickly. Great customer service. I have used the pop up tent multiple times now and I love it. It's easy to work with and well made.

I have only set up my canopy one time. It seemed like a great product although the legs were very difficult to extend and take down. Basically you have to keep walking in a circle and raising each leg by two inches at a time until the legs are fully extended. Once up I thought it looked nice and seemed sturdy; on par with others that I have seen.The reason for the low rating which I do not like to give to any product is because one of the sand bags had a tear in the side after it was filled with sand. Defects in products happen and i understand that but I am not going through the hassle of returning this big thing to get a new sandbag. I have sent a message to the seller via amazon and it has been a week and they have not responded. To be an amazon merchant, i believe they are supposed to reply within 48 hours. Then i took the extra step to find their site and submit a support request in which i left my amazon order number and advised that I would be leaving this review if I was not contacted. Needless to say, my request was not responded to.Buyer bewared, if you are getting something like this that is prone to needing a company to stand behind its product due to the size and light weight materials, i would look elsewhere.UPDATE****Seller has replied to the Amazon message sent and requested photos of the torn sandbag. Upon receipt of the photo, they quickly replied that a replacement will be sent to me. I have not received the replacement yet, but I'm happy with the resolution. I never did get a reply to the inquiry sent directly to them via their website.

Wry pleased with my canopy purchase. Easy to set up. Done it all by myself in under 10 minutes.

Smaller than expected

Very disappointed with the locking mechanism on the poles . I must say total junk . When I opened to put the top on it was already not in place . I read reviews but I’m really disappointed . I don’t even have the time to return because I need it

The media could not be loaded. My family and I are pretty into camping. I myself have a seasonal campsite, as soon as the weather warms up and they open the campground we move back down to camp for the weeeknds and any free second we have. My in-laws camp at the same location and my father in law mentioned he wanted to get a canopy for this coming season so he can put his grill and the table under it for when they eat / cook. I decided to order this 10'x10' canopy as a gift for them. I am so happy I did because this canopy is pretty nice. It comes with a carrying bag which is already a huge bonus. But the carrying bag has wheels on it which will make it so much easier for them to move it around. Once you unzip the bag everything you need is inside. The metal structure is easy to pull from the bag, it comes with the top cover, ground anchors, and weight bags. The only thing you would need is a mallet or hammer to bang the anchors into the ground. I usually prefer a big rock so if you forget the hammer a rock works. This thing was super easy to open and set up. The top stays on with velcro! I was impressed with how easy it was. We each grabbed a leg and gently pulled till it was mostly open. Then we added the top before we raised it up and secured the roof, so it was easier to put on. It went on like a breeze. Once the top was on we secured the metal to create the roof. Then we raised up the top and waalaa it was complete. For a 10'x10' there is a ton of room under it. Definitely will work perfectly for my father in law with his grill and table. If we didnt have a gazebo on our site I would definitely consider ordering us one. I cant really speak to its longevity at this point because camp hasn't started yet but I can tell you our first impression and assembly is definitely worth the 5 stars. The weight bags are a nice bonus if you plan on using this at a beach or on cement as there is no way to secure and anchor with those options. I assume we will use them and most likely anchor it to their campsite as well. I am hopeful this will last them quite some time. If you are interested in this canopy so far for us its everything we wanted and then some.
