At 5ft7 and just over 200lb, it was advised by the size guide that I buy Large. They fit perfectly, so its official: the Lafroi size guide works! 👌 These are stylish all-purpose training shorts for various fitness needs. I use them predominantly for MMA and Krav Maga training, but they wouldn't look out of place if used for general gym work either.

Really nice shorts and comfortable but unfortunately too big would need to go down to large which is confusing coz the XL from another company (tigon) is a perfect fit?? I'm 6ft4 90kg so maybe just bigger made shorts

I love this. I read that they feel cheap thin. They are made out of thin material but far from cheap. I use it for kickboxing and it feels so comfortable. It doesn't affect your movement in any way. I bought two of those now, first I bought L as my waist was 34 (big) now as I am 32 waist I bought M and it fits nicely. I still can use the bigger ones as you can tighten it up.

I bought these as I will be competing in a MMA event in a few months. I tried them on and they seem a very good quality and fit very nice. They allow easy movement of my legs to throw kicks at what ever level I would like. For the price they are worth the money. They also came sooner then was stated as I had gone for the warrior pattern with the black underneath. I think it took maybe two weeks for them to arrive which was a nice surprise. I have not used them in the match at this time as I want to keep them looking new for the night of the event. If I have any issues I will update this review, but I don't anticipate there being any. Also there is a small pouch attached to the inside, so if you wanted these just wear and need to have somewhere to put some small item then it is possible, as there are no pockets on the outside.

Loved these shorts, got a few months regular use out of them until the velcro gave way. Seller did refund. No quibble.
