Great starter cutter
This is a great stater cutter. I liked it because it was inexpensive and allowed me to experiment with cutting bottles.

Very good, does the trick, takes some practice
The media could not be loaded. Took a couple tries the first time I used it. We found it better to score the glass once. Don't keep going round n round. Keep a steady heavy pressure while you are doing the first score. Use boiling hot water and then ice water. I've tried other methods to cut glass bottles and this better than all of them! ((Excuse my big dog in the background of the video clomping about))

adjustment labor intensive
To adjust the rollers and blade for different size bottles, every screw has to be removed (not loosened). Also the screw heads are too far under the roller to allow a screwdriver to be vertical. Everything else works as advertised.

Cutter is way too loose in holder so very hard to make a straight score
This is an inexpensive bottle cutter like most of them. Most is serviceable except the most important part. The scoring cutter can and does wander in its holder so the score line also wanders as you rotate the bottle. This vastly increases the chances the score line won't be straight and won't match up with the start of the score. And that means the break is far more likely to fail. The sandpaper cannot be used wet either so is useless. You can get replacement cutters from harfington that make all work well.

It cuts the glass.
First go around it was hard to keep the glass till while cutting. My first five cuts weren't straight. I am sure it's operator error. I look forward to using this and getting to understand the troubleshooting.
