Got this for my 4 family house. installed it and it all works great. for the price cant beat the system. Its not top quality, but it works ok, can see person by the door. Wish buzer could have adjustable sound levels, you can change many different melodies. lastly each of the display has to have its own power, sometimes its not easy to run power to every apartment, so I wish power was delivered via cable from the main unit. The way I fixed mine was I run RJ45 cable from the main touch panel to each apartment, then I used 4 cables for data as it needed 4 cables connection and then I used two for power which I installed downstairs. All that was delivered to the displays. It was a bit of cutting and soldering but I manged to just install displays in apartments and did not have to worry about power next to those displays. lastly the main touch panel is not easiest to mount, as the little screws are in mad location so when you take cover its hard to screw the unit. but over all cant bear the price so I sould not complain as I am so super happy with the solution.

Ez installation , good quality , camera acceptable and good prices

Purchased the unit and installed it on a building with four apartments. The system worked for about a week and then stopped. Tried unsuccessfully to repair the unit. I would appreciate it if someone for the company would contact me with a solution or a replacement unit. UPDATE## The company asked me to provide the order number and they would send a replacement unit. I sent them the order number over two months ago and I'm still waiting for feedback. Now I'm stuck with an unhappy customer.

Does not work well, bad quality, monitors didn’t work

The product arrived in good condition. Though it clearly stated, you would to supply wiring, that was an understatement! The system works as advertised, but the way my electrician installed it, he did not need an additional power supply for the door strike. power from the 7" monitor's were more than enough to activate it. I would definitely buy this again.

The product is as shown, we are trying to connect it but we are missing one of this parts . Any recommendations where I can buy it ?
