This is perfect for what I needed. I got it because I saw reviews that it worked for the willow pump and it definitely did. You have to use the 24 size flange so it sits flush but the 15 also sits pretty good onto the 21 which I had at first. So its usable with both the 21 and 24 on the willow pump.

I don’t normally take the time to review stuff but this product saved me. I used to use a traditional pump and didn’t have a problem getting a decent amount of milk while pumping but I wanted to try a more portable pump like the freemie. Problem was it only seemed to draw any milk out when I was engorged and other times it would only collect a few drops! Then it occurred to me that I might need a different size flange. I ordered these little things. They fit perfectly in my freemie and every pump session has been stellar since! So many people don’t realize how important flange size!

I use these 15mm with my willow 3.0 as inserts into the 21 mm flanges. They work well and sit flush. I also have the 17mm and they also fit but are not totally flush.

Finding the right flange size is so important for pumping. This insert allowed me to keep my current flanges and adjust the size by putting the insert in. I was having a lot of trouble with supply and this insert helped me increase my supply.

These work well with my Spectra S2. The only bummer compared to the flange is that you can’t see through it well for positioning, but that’s silicone. Good product.

I use these inserts inside my 24 size flanges for spectra and my size 24 containers on my willow pumps. They work perfectly and have helped my pumping experience be so much more comfortable!

They fit perfectly in my freemie pump, exactly what I needed.

The only reason I’m not giving this a 5 star review is because I don’t like how I can’t see through it. It’s hard to see if it’s placed correctly on me.
