Looked long and hard at all the lighting options and settled on this one for 2 primary reasons: the cord color (white), and the 3 different appearance settings, ranging from warm/yellow to cool/white.Plenty of other brands were available but none had the flexibility of this set. The included remote control was icing on the cake. It allows control over not only the aforementioned appearance settings, but also brightness settings.Another important note about this set is that it ships with 3 spare bulbs and 1 spare remote control. An excellent value!The lights have been installed and working perfectly for a couple of weeks now. Highly recommended!

This product is allegedly rated for outdoor use. I bought four sets and two have already malfunctioned after just a few weeks. The remote sensor boxes (see picture) have filled with rain water and they now don't work. Both of them did this just days after the return window. At over $50 each, I have $100 worth of dead lights that don't work. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I have contacted customer service with no response after a week.UPDATE 7/7/21: I was finally contacted by the company customer service and they have replaced the two sets of defective lights. These lights apparently have a 1-year warranty. I highly recommend you buy an outside extension cord cover (available from Amazon) and put the remote sensor in it to prevent water damage. I've only had theses lights a couple of months and I'm starting to regret the purchase. Many of the bulbs are filling with water and all the sockets are soaked (inside). These lights are not exposed to excessive water and they hang from a fence in my back yard. It has taken eight sets just to get four that work. Who knows how long these will hold up. Again, these lights might be OK for indoor use but avoid using them outside at all costs. These lights are advertised as waterproof but they just added wording that instructs the buyer to protect the lights if it rains. What!!??

The media could not be loaded.  These fit perfectly around my entire screened in porch. The remote is awesome. You can dim them, turn them to three different colors, there is a timer to turn them off...great value

These are awesome, we put these on our upper porch of our beach house. We wanted a white cord so they would blend in with our white trim, these are light-weight but sturdy, they have several settings so you can pick the setting you like. I personally like the setting that gave off a more yellow glow to match my other porch lights. The bulbs are plastic so I don't have to worry about high winds breaking them. And LED means they use less energy and last longer. Easy to hang as they have loops so we bought little white hooks to hook them too. We used a smart plug so we can control them and put them on a timer. I highly recommend these.

The media could not be loaded.  Unit comes with 2 remote controls you can control timer @30, 60, 120, and 240 min. light intensity at 25%,50%, 75% and 100%. 3 extra bulbs. bulbs have 3 color Temps at 2709k, 4000k and 5000k. all is plastic, including bulbs. weather proof. slots to hang cable. and a link end to link multiple units. this is one of the best units for the money with many features most bulbs don't have. I was quite impressed with the thoughtfulness of this product design. very happy. recommend for outdoor use.

Likes: They are plastic bulbs so won't break. LED, so no heat comes off them. Remote control is awesome - works like a charm. Having 3 temperatures of light is GREAT. I love that we can go from bright white to soft yellow with just a touch of a button. Saved me from figuring out what would match the rest of my landscape lights. I would've hated to see 2 different colors of light out there.Only dislike: the bulbs are 3' apart. In the space I put them, it somehow works out that 3' doesn't lay out equally. Some come too close to the end of our overhang. This probably wouldn't affect too many people who have more room to string them.Love these lights!

It's pretty much like all the other ones from the stores that look like this. Quality material, clean white color, confident plastic bulbs, like the spare bulbs. The remote worked fine. All the buttons worked. I cycled through all the brightness levels, and color temperatures, and saw it working. Yeah, really nice color temp difference between 2700K, 4000K, 5000K. Just before the plug, there's a little box and button, and can cycle through the brightness. It works!

So far, I like these bistro lights. The bulbs are plastic, but you can't tell. I imagine that makes them more durable. They're quite long too, which was perfect for my patio. The remotes work great. Not sure a out the timer function yet. If I had to say one thing I don't like, it's that I wish the bulbs were closer together.
