I have a 2012 Lexus RX 350. Like everyone here I had no insert in mine either. This one fits near perfect. It is not a tight fit but doesn't seem to come out even though I use a large 40oz Stanley style tumbler. On the upside because of this, it easily comes out to clean the cup holder area. This is probably dishwasher safe but not on a high temp cycle. Another downside is this is a bit pricey compared to a couple of other items on here. Not sure about the quality of those. This one is a very high quality.

I saw some prior reviews stating that this cupholder insert didn't fit well or work quite right. However, it fit into my 2011 Lexus RX 450h perfectly. It looks, feels, and works as just like I would expect the Lexus OEM part to be. The best part is that it costs a lot less than the OEM part!

I am so glad I found this cup holder divider as my 2015 Lexus RX 350 did not have one and it was very hard to keep my cups separate. The design allows for medium drinks from Panera to fit as well as a Thermus at the same time. The material is very sturdy and has withstood even forcing drinks in there but keeps them still once in the holder.

Looks too small to work, but fits perfectly and holds your cup securely.

It fits my 2013 Lexus RX 350, but unfortunately it comes out easily. When I bought this car it didn't have a divider from the beginning. But, I had a 2014 ES350 and it was very sturdy in that car. I did not know that it came out until I got the car detailed and the guy told me. That is what I consider sturdy. With big cups, when I grab my cup, the divider comes up with it sometimes. But, it serves the purpose for holding the cups. It's just annoying.
