Not impressed with the product so had to return it. The first one I ordered had a huge bubble at the top and was leaking water. The replacement I ordered due to the first one being damaged was also leaking water in addition to sparkles. It's too bad as I really love the snow globe. It is very pretty and I love the song it plays. Perhaps the company can look into better shipping packaging as to avoid water from leaking.

I have to return the item because the little memo in front of the figurine is damaged/unfinished... The "e" in wonderful is not fully written which was really disappointing. The colors were also off, kind of a bleached version of the advertisement... Since this is for a gift, I’m now reordering it in hopes this was a 1 time defect.

The snow globe was perfect.

I was disappointed in the hair colour, I was expecting a more vibrant red and not a dull orange
