LIFETIME JEWELRY 12mm Flat Cuban Link Chain Bracelet for Men & Women 24k Gold Plated

I sent in a bracelet for the 2nd time. Emailed a tracking number and sent required form to Lifetime jewelry. Jon responded quickly and handled the issue promptly. One thing that I will say about Jon is he will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied. I can assure anyone who is worried or concerned about warranty issues that it will be addressed. I am very satisfied with the 2 pieces of jewelry I have purchased. The bracelet looks great. I have bought gold filled, gold plated and vermeil before...they were not able to match the color of my solid gold jewelry side by side. This comes the closest and I wear it daily without concern that it might look cheap. This is certainly worth the price. 10/10 for value. I got feedback from the seller (Jon at Lifetime Jewelry) and he assured me that their generous gold plating is extra durable and guaranteed.

Plating started to fade after only a month right after return window closed. No longer usable. It’s a shame. Their other products are great. Definitely not tarnish resistant.

Beautiful LIFETIME jewelry - purchased 2 chains and 2 bracelets this year and all remain like new despite daily wear. No light-weight junk like some other brands, just quality made pieces at affordable prices.

It doesn't look like it's plated with 24kt gold, it looks like it is plated with 10 or 14kt gold! I was disappointed, let's see if the next bracelet I ordered has the same problem.
