Keeps my coffee hot. Can be put in the microwave. It's very easy to use and the colors is wonderful. It functions very well. Doesn't have a lid

I ordered these for my Granddaughter and I as we watched and enjoyed the Friends series. They’re very pretty and sturdy. I use one as a cereal bowl for my Granddaughter. The other cup I occasionally use for coffee however it tends to get cold pretty quickly, I guess due to the large rim. We have enjoyed the cups more as a novelty and I will give them to my Granddaughter as a remembrance of our time watching Friends.

I went through all of these reviews and loved the pictures. I ordered a set of two bowls for my bff’s Mother’s Day gifts and found out that one of the bowls came broken. Amazon customer service helped me get a replacement bowl, but it also came broken. I contacted Amazon customer service again and they were only able to refund my money. So much for giving my friend a cool gift. 😵‍💫The only reason I gave this a higher rating is because of the bowl that wasn’t broken and it was a fast delivery service. But I’m not sure if it’s the delivery system or if it’s the packaging that’s causing this issue of arriving busted. I really love how cute these bowls are and just wished I could have given my friend a set without any issues.I will eventually reorder a bowl so she can have a set of two and hopefully they have more than just a dumb box surrounding it.
