Excellent soft velvety covers
H.Vertailex is a great brand . 4th purchase ! Quality furniture covers stretch velvet and sturdy. I have them on ,a recliner sofa, regular sofa and a loveseat and this one for a recliner chair is just as great ! Fit well, soft stretchy , can bring disparate together in beautiful colors, I have them on wide arm sofas straight arm recliner fits great on both. Very happy, not hard to orient the covers they have a back tag and instructions. Highly recommend esp if you want to give a new look, protect leather or faux leather from pets /kids, want a soft comfy feel.

Slipcovers
Love the color and assembly went very well on my existing furniture. Very happy with the look and feel of the slipcovers. Definitely would purchase again if needed.

Ok, but not great
These are pretty basic and the fabric is a bit boring compared to other covers that I have bought. I know that the manufacturer has to aim for the middle-of-road chair, but the seams are all in the wrong places on my chair, either too high or too low. Still, it stretches and fits and will protect the chair from wear and spills.

Good choice
I have used furniture covers for years. I have only used 1 piece covers in the past. I thought I would take a chance on trying this 4-piece option. It was a good thought. Trying to put on a 1-piece cover is daunting, especially for only one person. This 4-piece version is so much easier. The pieces are smaller and more easily conform to the shape of the chair or sofa. Here is another benefit That came to mind, if a spill occurs on the arm of the chair, you only need to wash that piece. With a 1 piece cover you have to remove the entire cover. That is much more difficult. One reviewer mentioned that they had to purchase 2 chair options to cover a loveseat. I did so because it was less expensive to do so. But there is another benefit in choosing to do this, you will have 2 additional arm covers to use if the first ones become unusable. This cover is the thickest cover I have ever received. The fabric is soft to the touch but still has quite a bit of stretch. There was a slight odor to the fabric, so I chose to wash before using. It washes and dries beautifully. If you are looking for a chair or loveseat cover, I recommend this one.

Design change isn't good
I bought a brown cover for my chair last year, after I finally figured out how to get it on the chair, I was 100% happy with it. But I recently ordered a new beige cover and something happened to the handle hole and pocket placement that is wonky. First cover had the handle hole on the right side, pocket on the left. The new cover has the handle hole on the right side, with the pocket sewn over the top of the hole!!! It took some ripping and then cutting to get it to work. It looks like crap. Please bring back the pocket on the left, hole on the right design!

Staple gun and a few customizations - wonderful!
I bought three of these to cover two Lazy Boy Riley recliners. They were definitely made for a larger recliner but the size was still pretty close. I used one set for each chair and then a third set to cut up to cover the foot rest. This took literally all day, cutting and stapling, but it was so worth it. Only had to sew for the seat cushion cover. The fabric is very stretchy but opaque. I had a hard time finding a cover that covered the entire back of the chair, since mine are not up against a wall, and was thick enough that you wouldn't be able to see the very dark pattern through the cover. These were great. I probably could've gotten away with just the two sets, since the cushion cover had a ton of extra fabric that would normally stretch out over the foot rest anyway. But I wanted to make sure I had enough. Also, one downside was that the pocket on the side of the arm rest was really crooked on one set. (So the extra set was beneficial) But overall very pleased. I should note that I wanted a more permanent solution, but with a slightly larger recliner these would still fit nicely and look amazing with just their standard, pull-on application. I got the oatmeal color, which definitely leans more silvery-grey, but it's warm enough to work with my beige/ivory decor. Great product. Good price (about $35 each at time of this review). Highly recommend.
