Moroccan Spices Set

The seller was quick and efficient, my order arrived on time and in excellent condition. I have used the product a couple of times now and my wife and I enjoyed it very much. Even our finicky granddaughter enjoyed them on grilled chicken.

Once you have tasted real Moroccan food you will be hooked. All of these spice blends are wonderful. You will be able to create or rather re-create the dish you had at that restaurant that you can’t get out of your taste buds. Wow, what a nice collection! So much easier than making my own blends; these are pitch perfect.I especially love using the couscous seasoning on fried rice (fry raw rice in olive oil, add seasoning & salt, then the water, and once cooked, fry it some more and let the bottom brown a bit; flip with spatula.)

the spice blend was particularly good. I've been doing destined chicken thighs with spices sprinkled on....add dried fruit, tomatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, wine, chicken broth, lemon bay leaves, hot peppers, mushrooms and believe me on this sweet potatoes. brown chicken and remove. then start the rest in same pot until tomato broth is ready, restore chicken to the pot and even slow cook or bake in medium oven. subtle and wow.

Thus far I have used only one in a soup I made. All are packaged attractively and have a nice aroma.A promise of enhanced flavor in my cooking.

Wanted to give us a gift and this was perfect - a bit of all the main spice Moroccan blends for different proteins. Lovely looking bottles and labels. Great gift or a starter set to try out first.

Got a new tagine for Christmas and bought this for our cooking experiments. We typically love all the spicy dishes from our local Mediterranean restaurant, and wanted to recreate the flavors at home (with less oil and fat). Sadly, my food had a strong burnt char flavor. We tried the spice blends and it had a very strange and powerful aftertaste of burnt. These will be headed to the trash. :(
