5 years on and still going strong*****
Bought this in 2020 and its still running as it should, had an issue initially but soon realised the train has to be placed the correct way round to be able to turn back. Also had a dry solder joint last year but 10 mins and a quick strip down and it’s working fine again.

Does not work but looks good
When I say it does not work, that’s not technically true. The trolley car will run but it is supposed to change direction at the end of the track as it passes over a magnet. This is the bit that does not work. It’s no good if you have to wait by the track to pick it up to turn it around by hand. On a positive note, it looks good as part of a lemax village hence 2 stars

No post sale support and item didnt work
Looking for a full refund as item didnt work on arrival and Lemax provided no customer support when asked was there anything I could do differently to make it work. Intended for Christmas and new year display, went back in box as only travelled in one direction. I will buy again from Lemax but this particular product has multiple problems and I will be careful purchasing again
