Damaged box - no good for a gift!

This is the second hand cream that I’ve bought from Royal Botanical Gardens and BOTH have arrived with damaged boxes, which means I cannot give them as gifts. For £9 per tiny bottle of hand cream, I would have expected better! Not good enough! Not bothering to buy again.
