Oh yes. All your hard drive needs exactly as you want it.
This ticked a lot of boxes.Having had an Samsung 850 EVO SATA 1TB SSD I needed something with a bit more storage. I have never used Sabrent products before and had some reservations with the brand as it is a fairly new to me. The last thing you want to do is buy a generic electronics product with little or no testing and plenty of quality control issues. The 5 year warranty was fairly reasurring. There were some things I knew I wanted. NVME and more than 2TB of storage, so this product seemed ideal. My motherboard /processor hardware supports Gen 3 M.2 however if I am going to go all out, it might as well be Gen4 hard drive - especially at this price.I have been very happy with the performance of the drive - although I have only been running it for 4 days. I didnt expect much of a lift in performance when it came to changing from my old SSD. When your boot time to an os is already less than 20 seconds, just how quick can you expect it to be? However, I still see performance benefits in general usage, whether its opening graphics editing software and transferring files. I am particularly looking fowarded to see what the benefits might be when it comes to rendering and saving video projects - although haven't done this yet. This was installed on a self build Asus PRIME Z390-A which comes with its own M.2 passive heatsink. However, neither the motherboards packaging nor the hard drive stick contained a stand off and screw. This was a small angst but I do feel that at this price point, Sabrent could have added some hardware to cover all bases here. You've just spent £630 on a hard drive, you instantly want to install it in your machine and then you realise that you dont have all the bits you need to stop you over tensioing the NVME SSD during your install. This is a poor show.I was not aware that I was running my old hard drive off an MBR partition. So when I did a migration using Sabrent's software I was left wondering why it had dropped out at 2TB for the partition and a separate partition for the rest. I hadnt realised the limitations of MBR to 2TB. I suspect there will be many more people like me when they come to upgrade beyodn 2TB too. GPT allows for larger partition sizes and I woudl recommend that for this hard drive too. I revisited the migration again, but before I did so, I converted my original SSD partition to GPT using Easeus Partition Master. When I migrated the original SSD using Sabrent's Acronis, I still had a 2TB partition. However, this time I was able to extend the partition to utilise the rest of the space. As its my main Windows drive, I now have a small 299MB EFI System Partition and a 3725.60GB NTFS Partition. My PC build is an Asus Prime Z390-A motherboard with i7-9700K Intel Processor & 16GB Memory, Corsair TX850 Power Supply and Gigabyte GTX 1050Ti GV-N105TD5-4GD Graphics Card.

Great value M.2 SSD
Having upgraded my PC and fitted a new MSI Mag B550 Tomahawk with PCI 4.0 I decided I NEEDED a new M.2 drive to take any advantage of the faster speed available. So after due diligence I decided on the 1Tb Sabrent M.2. I've not heard of this make before but reviews seemed positive enough so took the plunge and bought one complete with the heatsink. Arrived next day and well packaged, big box with little box inside. I never realised how small these SSD's actually are, anyway, assembled the cooler to drive and fitted to M/B no problems. Transferred Windows over and booted up, process took about the same time as my old EVO 860 though I wasn't expecting much difference. I have noticed that software and file transfer is faster and games open quicker to.All in all I'm very happy with this SSD and at this price point you cannot go far wrong.

Good reliable drive fast.
Used to upgrade from Samsung evo 500gb, not the easiest to retro fit in to an existing built pc, as I did, needs a long screwdriver, but has been very reliable and happy to recommend. The instructions provided were good.

Just what I needed
This is my second M2 drive and stuck with Sabrent as I’ve had such good performance from my other one. The heat sink is great but a little fiddly to attach. Once in I just needed to assign a Drive ID and it worked like a charm. Highly recommend.

Works well in an external caddy too
I use it with time machine to back up my Macbook Air M1. Works well still after nearly 2 years. Does get a trifle warm at time.

Solid unit
The unit (2TB version) arrived earlier than advised, no issues installing it using a PCI card in an HP dual Zeon workstation on a CPU-1 slot. We've not done any formal speed tests with the disk but can report reduced run times on large models that use the disk a lot - so it is quite a bit faster than the Sandisk Extreme II SSD that it replaced. We're happy and the price is competitive; Good value.

Super fast and very reliable!
I’ve been running the Sabrent Rocket Q4 1TB inside a OWC Envoy Express Thunderbolt 3 enclosure attached to my 2020 iMac (as an external drive), and I have to say, it’s worked flawlessly! The whole setup is noiseless (I forget it’s there), it runs cool, and is more than fast enough to edit hi-res video and produce music (streaming GBs of audio and sample data directly from the external drive). It feels no different than working directly from my Mac’s internal SSD. I also transferred 600GB to the drive in under 20mins...very happy!

Amazon Warehouse bargain
Bought this from Amazon Warehouse, works a treat with the Acasis thunderbolt enclosure. This is used for media storage for my MacBook Pro. While the write speed is impressive, it’s the read spread that at least as far as my application goes makes a big difference to my work flow.

Gamechanger, on par with the GPU revolution
In the fervor of the PS5 and XSX showcasing the power of ultra-fast PCIe4.0 M.2 SSDs, I decided that my next build was going to completely abandon all classic mechanical HDDs and SATA SSDs in favor of the closest M.2 SSDs to this new standard I could manage.I needed to find a high capacity, very fast storage medium for a reasonable price. Enter the Sabrent Rocket Q4. I designed my build-out from the ground up focused around having 6 GB of storage using 3 of the 2 TB versions of this exact drive. I cannot adequately express the effect of the amazing 4800 Mbps read, 3600 Mbps write speed of the Sabrent Rocket Q4 on a PCIe4.0 board! I have been astonished at the quality of life change nearly zero loading time gives! I found myself replaying Crysis 2 with less than 10 second load times and Doom Eternal and a lot of classic RPGs which are practically instant and maximizing my valuable and highly limited gaming time instead of staring at load screens! The last time I experienced a fundamental technology shift of this magnitude was in 1998 when Quake 2 came out and demonstrated with 3Dfx the first colored lighting, an act which finally allowed 3D to go on par with and far surpass 2D graphics. The "wow" factor was immediately evident and I am feeling the same thing from these amazing drives! For the rest of the build I paired a 3 M.2 2280 slot board (Gigabyte x570 AORUS Master w/ Ryzen 9 3900XT) with 32 GB RAM and currently a GTX 1070ti (RTX 3080 in my future) with 32 GB of DDR4-3600 to fit under my Noctua NH-D15 cooler. Having storage so fast it is potentially bottlenecked by RAM is mindblowing and a clear testament to the progress of today!Overall, this is an absolutely fabulous investment and I am completely satisfied! I highly, highly recommend these drives to experience the same joy!

Great QLC drive, read speed is impressive
Blazing fast in reads and much faster with writes when properly configured and about 15-20% utilized.

Elegante confezione, prezzo adeguato, ottime prestazioni
Ottimo prodotto, ben confezionato e rese rato, consegnato velocemente.
